I bought a car in August and have yet to get title. I went thru 2 temp tags before having an altercation with Antoinette and the police called. When they came they told me this place was trash and i was in the right. She even try to change the #s not knowing i had a copy of original paperwork in my purse and police already saw it. The officer confronted her about changing the numbers and she said she got confused..shes pregnant yada yada. I filed with the Attorney Generals office and Secretary of State Auto Complaint Division the BBB amd now im going to small claims court. We live 30 mins from the lot..we were ran around several times saying the title was in the safe and to meet up..left us sit for hours only to be told its not in there. Such lies and the Antoinette lady is in on it. Shes in on it or skimming money cause she rights all numbers and amounts on your paperwork then tries to explain why shes putting it as that. Do yourself a favor dont deal with them and if you jave and havent got your title please file so we can get them shut down.

This place is horrible. It took three months to get my title. Paid 500 for my title and other fees then went to the DMV when I finally got my title and had to pay fees again. I heard the owner on the phone with his company that has the title saying his account is in default. No one would communicate with me, return my calls or answer my calls. I filed with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and the S.O.S. Then acted like I didn't have the right to be mad. When I went to get my title the lady at the front desk got upset and chased me out the door as I was driving away because I walked out the front door refusing to continue fighting with her.

Didn't even wanna give 1 star because this place is absolutely terrible!!! Unprofessional employees, rarely anyone in the office, car will break down soon as you leave the lot, & the owner is NEVER available after you buy a car from him. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Absolutely horrible!!! My wife paid cash for a vehicle and the whole experience, from beginning to end, was the worst. Very shady and untrustworthy. Avoid this place.

I wish I could give zero stars. Do not go here. My fiance purchased a vehicle in June and now, in late November, we just "won" a civil suit against them, after also filing with the Attorney General. We had to sue them, and they didn't even bother to show up to the hearing. They failed to produce a title within 30 days as stated on the contract, and even issued us a second temporary which we found out after the fact is extremely illegal. A title was never produced and the owner told us (over the phone, never bothered to show up in person) he'd already transferred it to my fiance- which was untruthful as that's impossible to do without my fiance present. We returned the car past 90 days (3 months, with no title) of having it, as they had broken the contract and kept lying to us and we just wanted the money back. We did not receive it. The car was purchased in June, returned in late September, suit was filed in October, and "won" in November. I do not ever expect to get our money back. I am confident they do not care one bit that they stole our entire life savings and that they have no intent to make it right. This place is absolutely shady, untruthful, and without remorse. They stole from us and we will most likely never recover our money.
