I walked in and ordered a game that they didn't have at the store. I paid cash and gave them my E Mail, phone number, and address ..The clerk informed me that the game would be at my house in around five business days...a few days later I got an E mail informing me that the game was unavailable. The Email instructed me to come back to the store for a refund. I came back and showed them the E mail .They looked for my number and Email address and told me they could not find me in the system . They insisted that they could only refund me with an in store credit/gift card . I replied to them that I didn't want in store credit . I asked them why I could not have my cash back and they didn't have a logical explanation. For that , they are Dirtball.

The big guy behind the counter with the beard was extremely rude and disrespectful, i tried to do a return with the receipt and he refused to accept the return even though it had only been 5 days since I bought it , then I asked him about buying a used xbox series s 512gb , he said it was $340 when there new one on display was $300 I asked him why it was more expensive then a new one, and he then told me to leave the store

Went to this store to trade in some controllers after going to a different Game Stop. When I arrived the 2 employees that were working were just standing behind the counter, not working. So, I walked to the counter, informed Aaron that I had just went to another game stop and they didn't have any controllers but that they had offered me a price for the trade in to which he informed that if I was getting that much from disc replay I should take them back. I said I didn't go to disc replay I just came from the other game stop. I told him that the employee at the other game stop tried to call but no one answered to which he replied, we are very busy. I said I didn't know that standing around doing nothing was considered very busy. I am just astonished that he believes leaning against a counter is being very busy. He was very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this game stop as long as he continues to stand around and say they are very busy.

Need to update your online open times. Especially during the holiday season. I tried calling to confirm, no one answered, I thought maybe due to the holiday the associates were too busy to answer the phones. The mall store closed at 9pm and so I looked for stores that were still open. And this location and one other down the highway said was open till 10pm.Please update the times on google for people that try to confirm times before wasting a trip. This comment doesn’t reflect the associates at all. They have always been helpful.

This game stop sold me a PS4 with a corrupted hard drive and of course you can't take it back if you can't afford the insurance

I absolutely was 100% impressed with service I received at this location when I visited! I walked in at 8:50 pm the night before Thanksgiving. There were already 2 other customers in line and being helped by the only worker in the store, Andrew. Even though it was the end of the night, he didn't rush anyone. He was very patient with the customers in front of me and even let them know about their membership status and reminded them when to renew. When it was my turn, I apologized ahead of time as I was there to get my son a PS5 but was also trading in an unlocked iPhone 13 Pro. He didn't mind at all! He went and got the PS5 I asked for, ran the diagnostic on the phone, and I ended up only paying the taxes and the protection plan because of how awesome of deals they give you for trade ins. And even after I was done, he still had 2 more customers to help. I'm sure it was past 9 by this time and Andrew kept a smile on his face and even helped me use the rewards we had on our GameStop account to save me the most out of pocket as possible. Andrew is very knowledgeable and super great at customer service! You guys should recognize him and give him a bonus! Thank you, Andrew for an easy transaction and great service. My little guy was happy to be playing his own PS5 with his brothers and daddy!

They never answer the phone and people in there have a very bad and negative attitude. Their body language shows that it's an inconvenience that you shop there. Negative attitudes and overall pathetic work ethic. The manager Dylan is the only employee who cares and works hard to work things out for the customer and has a positive engaging attitude.

Employee named Aaron has a real attitude. Dealt with him twice, acts like answering a question is an inconvenience. We were browsing, only people in there, everytime we spoke to each other he sighed. Weren't even interacting with him, but gave such an vibe of annoyance with our existence that we left without purchasing what I was eyeballing. I've worked retail, it's a tough gig, but my god this guy made me feel bad for breathing in his general vicinity. Just didn't want have to deal with going in the mall but maybe it's worth it just to feel tolerated.
