Terrible service. Went to trade in a Series S Xbox and they said they couldn’t take it because it needed a charger cable for the controller even though it doesn’t come with one. Called another GameStop and they said that wasn’t true. The workers at this castleton location are inexperienced and dumb. They’re lucky I’m not a Karen. Do better! Going to a better location from now on

Horrible online ordering experience. Placed an order for same day delivery and it has been over 24 hours with no update. Called the store for more information and was told that a "system issue" was preventing the order from moving forward, but also was unable to be cancelled. Now I'm out nearly $400 with nothing to show for it.

I ordered on your website and you hired a third party delivery person who didn’t deliver my order and stole a ps5 console. You claim they delivered but have no proof of delivery (because they didn’t) but still won’t refund or replace.To anyone reading this… they hire Walmart shoppers to pick up orders from the store in regular GameStop bags and deliver WITHOUT REQUIRING SIGNATURE, which they don’t disclose when you order, only when you exhaustively call and go to the store to try to hunt down your package. I can’t imagine I’m the only person to have had an order stolen but their response was for me to deal with THEIR shipper to find my package as they closed out my complaint on their end.You’ve forced me to have to buy a replacement ps5 from another vendor - I will NEVER order from you again.

The employee cannot stand to be working at this location! The employee I dealt with, had a sour look on his face and did not want to get me my item. Since he clearly did not want to serve me, I walked out and let him know that he is unfriendly. I don’t have to put up with unfriendly service! Please do not write an owner response or any response I have a severe condition and it will put me into the hospital. Thank you!

The girl at checkout named Jay needs serious training on customer service. She provided a very hostile,childish experience. I would not recommend this location.

The prices are ridiculously high. Then they have the nerve to mark an item down 2 cents and put it on the clearance rack. Don't waste your time or money. Find a more honest store to spend your hard earned money in.
