If I could give this location a negative star I would. I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received by Brittany. Very unprofessional, judgmental and only wanted me to buy what she wanted me to. She continued to make smart remarks when I told her what I came in wanting. I am very disappointed in her customer service skills. I will now be going to a different location for better customer service.

Misleading hours. It. Shows open online but the window sticker reflects 12 (noon) open time.

I rarely write reviews, but I was completely disrespected and belittled by the GameStop employee and manager today.They refused to take a passport (legal US identification) when a driver’s license was not available. Upon returning to the store WITH a driver’s license this time, I was spoken to rudely, called “impatient”, ridiculed, and laughed at by the employee and manage right in front of my face.My “impatience” was knocking on the manager’s door to be helped after being ignored in line for 20 minutes by the woman at the front counter. The manager closed said door after I walked into the store. Even though his employee was at the front desk helping someone else with a game console return.The front desk employee snapped at me that she was with another customer when I asked a question. Then when I asked her for a manager to speak with me about the ID policy and trying to get helped, she told me he was in a meeting, I would be waiting for an hour, and then proceeded to pick up a phone call and help a customer over the phone. Meanwhile I am standing right in front of her!!! I asked her to place the phone call on hold because I still needed helped with my purchase. She completely ignored me and did would not even make eye contact with me.The manager reinforced the “no-passport as identification” policy. I continued with my purchase while he moved as slow as possible, kept glancing at his phone, and the female employee kept smiling, giggling, and sighing off to the side. We were the only ones in the store, so it was pretty obvious it was about me.I feel awful after the way I was treated and definitely will not be back to this location!

Per your own policy,Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition.I'm puzzled therefore why when we brought a recent purchase back that I was told that you don't do returns on the item I had. It is in it's packaging,, was never used, because the person who told me it would fit was wron. Your business should own it's mistake and refund as your policy states. I don't recommend using this store.

The employees of GameStop are very rude and uppity in a demeaning and insulting way, kind of like a snot nosed bratty know it all demeanor in general. I don't believe I've ever walked into a GameStop store without being disrespected and talked down to by the staff. I'm proud of myself that to this day, I've never given game stop a single dollar and never will because of their terrible unprofessional attitudes.

Super nice people working at this store. Sent my kids in ages 11 to 9 and the staff was helpful/ treated them like little customers and even gifted my son a birthday gift 10 stars!!

Customer service was OKLots of options but you have to go to different game. Stop to get what you want. One might have the other Don’t. The place is clean. I would say kind of busy better know what time you go and only one person working the register.

They must not drug test their employees at all. Walked in with my wife and it smelled like body odor and weed. We could barely last 5 minutes in there. Even had to go home and throw our clothes in the wash it was that bad... would try going to another location.

Always friendly when I come in. Usually just come in to use my in-store $5 coupon. Today I asked if they had any Pokemon codes left, and they didn't, but Mike gave me his own personal code out of his bag. Very awesome!
