Outstanding customer service! Everytime that I have walked in the door, I am always greeted with a cheerful welcome, usually by Nancy. Nancy, Leah, Mike and Howard are always ready and eager to help. They listen to my needs and have helped me figure some things out. Thank all of you for such great customer service! Couldn't ask for better! This is the hardware store to visit on the East side!

Great place to get keys copied. Stopped to get two sets of keys copied and Caleb made it quick and easy. He put the sets on the 'right way' (who knew there was a right way? LOL) on key rings I purchased. THANKS!
