“Dentons Auto deserves 10 stars! My daughter and I were traveling to Illinois and my alternator quit on me on the side of the interstate. I had called a few tow companies and had JRs towing pick us up. They had recommended Dentons to replace my alternator. Terry had said they would get it replaced for me that day. They had finished it right before they were getting ready to close. When the mechanic drove it, he discovered it was a faulty alternator. Terry pulled together his team and got a new alternator and replaced it and stayed a hour in half past closing so I wouldn't have been stuck in Indy. My price was very reasonable. Dentons has very good prices from listening to some of the quotes that were given to other customers. If I lived closer, I would definitely do all my auto work with him and refer him to people I know. I highly recommend this place!!!!!”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! The service is far beyond what I have seen anywhere in a long time. We were in search of a specific model chair manufactured by Stressless. We had already visited 2 dealers who had some of the models, but not the one we wanted to test. Then we drove an hour to Inspirations Contemporary Furniture. We were immediately welcomed into the store and assisted. His knowledge of the Stressless product line really helped us understand the chair we were considering. He suggested we take a chair home to demo for a few days with no deposit. We were stunned. We tried the chair over the weekend and checked out the color samples against the spot where we wanted to place it. When I returned the chair and placed the order, I inquired about delivery. He offered to deliver it himself soon after it arrived. True to his word, he arrived right in the timeframe we expected and unloaded our chairs. He reviewed a couple of features and the cleaning/card. I am thrilled to give our business to this customer-focused store!”

“We called Best Value, talked to Ken on phone-told him what we wanted. Walked in the door 30 minutes later-he took us to a room, pointed at a mattress and said, "That's the one." It was perfect-but I couldn't believe it was that easy and had to lay on 5 others just to make sure. He was dead on from my description- It was that easy.Very honest guy, explains everything multiple times if you are financing and forces you to look at paperwork (lol). Gives you a great deal-we got a 2900 dollar mattress for 1200 bucks (Box springs included) because we told him that was what we wanted to spend on phone. Next day delivery. So easy- WILL NOT BUY A MATTRESS ANYWHERE ELSE EVER!!!! THE BEST! 10 STAR RATING!”

“Ted was who helped me. He happened to be filling in for the day but I think he is ususally at the Avon store. I started looking for matresses on my own, online. It made me really stressed. There are so many matresses out there. So i called matress firm to ask a few questions. He answered them all and more. So i went in while he was there. My experience was amazing. He took his time with me. Wasn't pushy. Didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive. Did everything he could to keep me in my price range and did. Was very relaxed and he had me take my time to find the best matess that fits me and my husband. I highly recommend matress firm. They have most brands in the store and they are very educated on all of the products as well.”
