Horrible employees no respect at all. Can't keep the freedom walk out of there lot to receive items then wanna complain. Do not recommend much better furniture other places and way nicer people!!

Have bought from this location 3 times in the last 2 years. Delivery guys were on time and respectful. In store experience was prompt and to the point.High quality and decently priced furniture.I’ll be a lifetime customer.

Steven is very nice, helpful and accommodating when everything is going well. But, when things go wrong he doesn't know how to talk to people. The adjustable bed base I purchased was not wide enough for the mattress that I had previously purchased from this store. Steven assured me that they were the same width. After it was delivered I noticed the base was not as wide as the mattress. When I called to tell Steven I wanted to return the base, I saw a side of him I hadn't seen before. He was rude, arrogant and confrontational. Steven said he would return my money minus a 20% restocking fee, (the sign in the store says 15% restocking fee) but he didn't calculate that correctly. I was surprised and disappointed in this change of behavior. After my daughter got involved Steven told us not to come back to his store.

We ordered several pieces (two dining tables, dining chairs, upholstered dining chairs, sofas, two bed sets, reclining accent chair, and coffee tables) from Steven and we love them all! Steven kept us in the loop with approximate delivery times and we had several visits with the delivery teams to get everything. Because of Furniture Discounters, our house has become a home. Thank you so, so much.

I paid them and never received my furniture and was told they had it ready for me multiple times. I finally went to the store and after a lengthy conversation with the employee and manager they said they have the right to refuse service and refused to refund me the monies paid. I was refused service after they took my money?

Steve is always very helpful we have bought a bedroom suite a coffe table with built in refrigerator a clock and lamps and now we are getting a new sectional top of the line furniture and customer service Steve wont pressure you to buy like most places
