hmm...overall company needs to be revamp with new management and seriously be reconstructed with policies that work. The moral is so mundane is like working as a robot. No work life balance. In all, I will not recommend this place for employment
Fullbeauty brands lack organization and communication. This company doesn't care about their employees. I have never seen turnover so high such as this in any company. You are overworked with barely enough pay to survive. There's no work-life balance to enjoy your fruit of your labor. Employees are having severe medical issues due to being overworked. This company is a union but a in house union where they work for the better of the company, not for the employee. This company needs to seriously need to be looked into as far as finances. Employees were having money taken from their check after earning fullbeauty bucks ( play money to use in gift store), anything 25 or more was automatically being taken from their check, calling it for taxes. The last time i checked indiana sales tax is 7%. In other words, someone in this company is stealing money and calling it for sales tax..hmm, isn't that illegal? Barely get to enjoy your breaks. They utilized an outdated 1995 IBM system that barely kept up with their priduction. The majority of the departments have rate metric that you have to meet to keep up with production. Its unrealistic and is design for a machine to keep up not a human . A point systen that's designed for you to quit or get fired..its purely insanity. Never ever will i refer anyone to this place of employment

Be very Wery about doing business with any of the questionable brands. Customer service is incredibly poor. I was hung up on several times. Spending an hour with various representatives that for some Incompetent reason, were not able to find my account while I was staring at it online. At one point, the representative asked me for my Social Security number, WHAT!!!??. The representatives run a scam as a side job. Be careful.

Quality is not good on most of the things I have ordered. Customer service is hard to get a hold of and very lacking in responses. And “easy” returns have been anything but easy. As a result, they’ve lost my business.

FRAUD ALERT! I contacted customer service to inquire about a transaction on my card. The operator was extremely rude and unhelpful. It seems there may be unauthorized transactions happening, and I intend to follow up on this matter. Just a heads up!

I have been tracking a package since the 15th and the delivery date has changed three times since placing my order. I get told by the live chat that it is coming. I have been charged nearly twenty dollars more than the order states. Out of all my inquiries I have only found results for one of the enquiries. I may not order from here again. Hell, Temu gets my order here quicker.

Never ordered from any of their brands but I have received marketing messages from them for years with titles about orders I have supposedly made. I mark the messages as spam and occasionally they get through the filter.

I received a pair of pants from this company --I never even placed an order!!! I don't know how or who sent these pants to me. I guess I will donate them as they are way too small for me. Very strange

Worked up here for 7 weeks they started putting us in 11 hour days all the managers are lazy as hell and just sit in an office and I was moving 3000 boxes in an 8 hour shift and they only said I was at 60% of what I was supposed to be and there was also a lot of birdpoop on the boxes

I worked here for a month. Was on time EVERY SINGLE DAY, called in ONCE . & left early twice due to family emergency’s. That should have only been 1.5 for call in & .5 for half days . I should have only 2.5 points . Although I did get a kidney infection and get put off work for 3 days for antibiotics to get in my system , mind you the day before going to ER I was at work IN PAIN , worked my whole shift. Took in my hospital note and they said they took it BUT WHEN I GOT FIRED SAID THAT DIDNT EXCUSE MY MISSED DAYS. I’m confused HOW DOES IT NOT? A kidney infection is LIFE OR DEATH ? . Thennn the day they fired me I WAS HUGGING THE TOILET AT WORK AT 9am ! Then they didn’t fire me in person , THEY CALLED ! & I asked I said I thought my paper excused me for the 3 days i missed , I BROUGHT IN THE PAPER WORK FROM ESKENAZI HOSPITAL NUMBER AND DOCTORS NAMES ON IT ! She proceeds to tell me no it doesn’t. But someone else can bring in a DISCHARGE paper and it excuses them? Backwards. They don’t care about staff and their health or well being. It’s sick. Not to mention if I WOULDVE JNEW my doctor note didn’t excuse them 3 days I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE ! ??♀️ .

I ordered two sets for espresso mugs. I received one set of espresso mugs and one pillow. I called customer service. They were very nice, polite, and helpful and guided me through the exchange process very efficiently.
