Quality is not good on most of the things I have ordered. Customer service is hard to get a hold of and very lacking in responses. And “easy” returns have been anything but easy. As a result, they’ve lost my business.

I ordered two sets for espresso mugs. I received one set of espresso mugs and one pillow. I called customer service. They were very nice, polite, and helpful and guided me through the exchange process very efficiently.

Love the clothes but postage is ridiculous! When you return something charged again. Got capri for $18 if I returned them wasOnly get $7 and some change. Rip off. Yeah you can get free postage $16.95 a month.
