Filthy store, rotting produce, the supposed fresh juices were all expired and you have to scan yourself out and there were no bags and the employees and store manager were all chatting and watching all of this and didn't offer help. I had to hunt for bags wanted paper only plastic avail and the freezers smelled like something rotted in there, the bulk section was a mess with everything mixed or empty and stale. Never coming back

One of my favorite grocery stores. The management and staff are always helpful and friendly.

For the second week in a row now I’ve opened up produce bought a few days prior to find it moldy. I’ve complained about moldy produce before on your receipt surveys and nothing has changed. You all have absolutely no business using the word “fresh” in your name when you sell moldy produce every single time I go in.

Ugh! I hate self check out of any kind. Ended up ringing up an onion 4 times and no scan code for my garlic. Needless to say, I needed a cashier. 1 of 3 who were standing talking came to my aid. I was able to find fresh basil and got the items I came for even though the salad dressing was in a smaller jar. Faster in and out than Kroger.

We bought 6 Islandic yogurts. One was damaged, with a hole was in the top of one of the containers by the person packing the products we purchased. We took the damaged yogurt to a different Fresh Thyme to exchange it. We were told rudley that we had to return it to the store were we purchased it from. We called the store ( which was 12 miles from where we were and they said the same thing. We threw out the damaged yogurt. We nor anyone we know will shop at Fresh Thyme again.

I used to go to the one in Fishers, was close to work, its smaller than this one. This Fresh Thyme market is really big. Everything is placed almost the same way, so it was easy to find things. The girl at tge bakery was very helpful. Was neat and clean. Parking was easy. Will definitely go back.

This was our first visit to this store. We stopped for groceries when we were staying nearby. This location was very well stocked, with all of the brands we're used to finding at Fresh Thyme, as well as a fun little "Made in Indiana " section at the front of the store.The staff members I spoke with were friendly, it was easy to find everything I needed, and the checkout line moved very quickly.
