Child started there last Tuesday and first day he had a severe black eye first day they waited to notify me later after it happened and said oh he must have ran into a chair then was always crying when I came to pick him up, they never fed or gave him something to drink throughout the day and on top of it all they failed to notify parents that there were several children sick with hand foot and mouth disease and my child has been so sick he won't hardly eat or drink because of this severe infection and to top it all off they never notified me about others being sick and for $330 week this place isn't worth it and sad because it was close to my job and they seemed like it was a decent care facility this place should be shut down

What a blessing this school has been for our family. Everyone has their own experience and ours has been great. The staff is attentive and wonderful with my son. We will continue to recommend to others. Thank you Rainbow Childcare in Franklin township to your dedication to our children everyday, it does not go unnoticed!

We decided against enrolling our son here after reading the negative reviews. We took a tour and the building seemed nice. Apparently they are under new management. However, there were lots of vacant rooms and openings, which was a big red flag. The gym also smelled of urine. However, I did observe teachers being interactive with the kids (finger painting, supervising outdoor play). The cost was also high for what it was. I believe it was close to $1100 per month for a full-time 2 year old, which is the same price as the Goddard School.

Terrible. Front office & Corporate don’t care about your child. You always get the fake “we care” “we hear you” “we will look into it” There is a reason most of the great teachers are already out the door, it’s because they have the same frustrations & can’t continue to watch kids be treated the way they are.

I had my daughter here for a little over a month and it started out fine. She seemed to like going in the morning but then it just started changing. She would cry when I dropped her off and then she started coming home with bruises. There was more than one occasion where I picked her up noticed a big bruise on my way to the car and went back in and asked what happened and no one knew anything. I had to basically just stand there staring at her afternoon teacher one day before they got the assistant director to write up the huge bruise on my daughters face. And then the assistant director condescendingly asked my 1 year old if she was going to live. And then! The last straw. I walked in to pick her up one afternoon and she wasn't in her normal room she was in the room with the older one year olds and the teacher was absolutely screaming at my child! Brittney... The teacher... I could hear her yelling at my daughter from about 20 ft away through a solid wooden door so I walked over to the door like I always do and looked in the window because I like when my daughter sees me first and gets all excited well this time when I looked in I saw her snatch another little girl up for... Pulling hair... And she takes her over to a wooden chair and just tossed her into it. The child was screaming and her dad literally walked in the room right after me. I got my daughter and I walked out and talked to the director on the way who stated she would look into it. The next day I called her on my lunch to find out what was being done and she basically told me that the teacher was in the wrong for using a time out method they aren't supposed to use but that according to both teachers the child threw herself back and it just looked bad... Well I told her the teacher should be fired and that I didn't want her anywhere near my daughter. She asked me to give her a little more time to hear from corporate about what to do and I said ok.. On Thursday of that week she emailed me stating that the teacher was not being fired and they would keep my daughter in a lower class until she turned 2. I advised her that my daughter would no longer be attending there. Don't send your kids here!

Our son went to this day care for an year and I would say, Megan Strom, the teacher was brilliant. She is an awesome lady , so energetic and she takes care of these kids in the best manner! When we moved out of this place, we cannot tell how much our son missed Megan!
