Our dog has had bouts of diarrhea and vomiting for a long time. Diagnosed with Pancreatitis, all she needed was some medication and a change in diet. She’s just over 10 years old and now she’s bouncing around like a puppy!

I been taken my Siberian Husky to them since he was 4 months old,and he will be 2 years July 21,and they have be nothing,but excellent in taking care of Cayden,and he really loves them.And,I really appreciate them taking really good care of him ❤️??. You guys are great,and Cayden just loves you all.

Every tech here was irritating, condescending, or an airhead. It’s like they hire people specifically for being a tacky bright hair tattoo covered annoying person. I took my cat here when I found her as a stray. They did not tell me she was pregnant. It was a surprise three weeks after! Incompetent and inept <3

Pet owners BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. I've been a pet owner my entire life and I've never been to such a horrible pet clinic EVER. The actual Vet doesn't know anything and I honestly do not believe these people are licensed. As stated on their website the 1st visit is free or a discount of 25/35 dollars. It changes but they do not honor it so it doesn't matter. They do nothing but push unnecessary examinations fees on you and they DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY DID. My dog was sick so for some reason she recommended 3 different X-rays. I agreed to do one that sounded like it would be helpful. The other 2 was X-rays on his front and back limbs which had nothing to do with him being sick. That was my 1st red flag. Ok so she took him out of the room and returned about 6 mins later. She said she sees something moving in his stomach, maybe he swallowed something, and then advised me to bring him back at 7:30am for ANOTHER XRAY. Apparently she didn't know what it was and thought she would get a better reading first thing in the morning. I got there at that time the next morning. Then she told me to just leave him there and they would call me when they were done. Well 5,6,7 hours passed and still no call. So I called them and asked where the hell is my dog and why are you keeping him the whole day for an X-ray that you told me would take 15 minutes and it only took 4 mins yesterday? She said they were busy and would get to him. Let me remind you that he wasn't allowed to eat after midnight. So he was stuck in a little hot room for over 10 hours. I picked him up at 5:45pm. I said so what's wrong with him ? Apparently the vet already left for the day and they were going to call me the next day and give me the results.
That was like 36 days ago. Not only have they not told me anything they keep saying they will get back to me and NOTHING. My dog is fine now thankfully. I'm assuming he just had a stomach bug. I paid them for his visit and his XRAYS and RECEIVED NOTHING IN RETURN. ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. They are very quick on their feet with this scam and try to fast talk you to get your money but once they have it NOTHING. I asked her if we could get some flea medicine also and she said yes after you pay for the X-rays because I don't want him to throw up the medicine if he's sick. Never did get that flea medicine. I'm not only reporting these scammers to the police but also to my bank for fraud after I dispute the charges. I paid for services and received nothing in return. I honestly can not speak for the MASS ave location but the fountain square place-TRUST ME FELLOW ANIMAL OWNERS ---- DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. They are not qualified and they HATE their job. I felt like a burden from the moment I entered that place. I almost left because I didn't like the atmosphere but my dog was really sick.
Now I'm wondering what they really did to my dog while he was there for 10 hours ??! They are just that horrible that they have me thinking along that line. To the clinic my dogs name is ARIES - Remember it well because he will be the reason you get shut down.
I noticed someone does a very good job responding to reviews here and pulls records? So then maybe you remember me recording the information you relayed to me that day on my telephone ??

That's how I know exactly how long it took you to do his X-rays. When I called the 4 times I did, asking what's going on with my dog throughout the day and why it's taking so long - ALSO RECORDED. So prior to you responding, do understand if you LIE I will post this across my social media and YouTube and will not let up. Amazing and caring group of people here! When my cat was having an allergic reaction to a medication they got us in so quickly and responded to the emailed pictures with urgency. I highly recommend this group!
