Horrible customer service and the staff was completely inappropriate.Works were on their self phones. We had to ask for help several times. We waited at the counter to be checked out at least 7 minutes before a manager told the girl to check us out.The lady who was checking us out made a PHONE CALL and talked to this person the entire time. The shift leader was also texting and never said anything.Maybe train the staff to not be on their phones while working? And attend to customers?

When we arrived, everyone greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything in particular, we said just looking. While looking multiple people asked if we needed a size check for our kids and if we wanted to try anything on. Upon leaving associates thanked us for coming in. Very attentive.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, before I could ask, they gave me options on other places to get the shoes I was looking for.
