Although I had a confirmed appointment with this company, the staff didn't want to assist me. I had purchased my tile on line, but to avoid a $200 shipping fee, I chose to pick my tile up. I also needed other supplies for installation. I had to know the proper questions to ask in order to get what I needed. The salesperson didn't want to do
their job. The support staff was awesome . They finished helping us find what we needed and loaded our tile so that it could be transported safely. I love my tile and accessories. They do have an easy to navigate website and truly unique tile and accessories . I would shop there again.

Looking for new waterproof flooring, I searched my local floors and decor. So glad I did because I found associates Joe and Tammy. They were both so patient and helpful! Joe gave phenomenal tips that helped me make my pick. Tammy helped me once I was finally ready to make my purchase.
All staff were friendly and helpful not Joe and Tammy are my favs.

I’ve never been to the store before and had to run there out of necessity during a Bathroom Remodel. I was having an exceptionally horrible day when I met Veronica, a representatives working there. She was so sweet, kind and helpful to me at a time when I needed it most. I will definitely be back and become a customer thanks to Veronica!

Purchased my floor tile here and was helped by one of the managers Jen and she was very helpful and kind. I've searched many places for what I wanted and not only found what I wanted but appreciated how she went above and beyond in helping me get things figured out for my purchase. They have a nice selection of things for your home.

Tammy was extremely helpful. She came from her job in the receiving department to help gather material for a job of mine that the customer had picked out. She had it all in her scanner, it was a quick check out, then proceeded to help load the material. She was very pleasant and thought ahead.
