Never had services here but called for services, and my first question was, does your business expect patrons to tip? I am seeing alot of this everywhere I go now and my thing is, shouldn't the employer be paying wages where the employees should not be asking for tips. I understand servers, hair stylists, hotel bellhop, etc... but now everyone wants a tip. She explained that they do ask for tips but it is not required. I am not leaving my dog with a place who expects tips and if u don't tip, how will they treat your dog if you come back. Not happening. He'll, services at these places can run $100 or more and they want tips on top of that.

My cats were boarded for a long weekend, and they were very comfortable and well cared for. Would highly recommend.

The staff at 5 Points are great! They are our groomer of choice for our Havanese pup Henry. They do a great job and Henry never shows any signs of stress.

Love them they took really good care of our fur baby. Due to a being our first time ever leaving her and her being away from the house. I asked them to give me updates and they did. They called me every day. They allowed me to adjust her schedule as needed. They make the whole process so smooth.

I recently boarded my dog at this kennel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is clean, the staff is attentive and caring, and my furry friend came back happy and healthy. Five stars for providing top-notch care and peace of mind for pet owners!

This is the second time I'm boarding my dogs here, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I feel so safe leaving my babies here while I'm gone. I'm allowed to call and check up on them, the staff will take pictures and text them to me (see attached), and you can tell everyone who works here is an absolute animal lover. I dropped them off this time, and a couple of the staff remember my dog and had a memory to share from their first visit. Will definitely, definitely be returning.

We absolutely love Five Points, and more importantly, so does our dog Mitch! The Five Points staff go above and beyond to treat our pup like he's family. He's always so excited to go, and they are always so excited to see him. They take wonderful care of our dog who is fearful of strangers, and struggles with other dogs - if you're dog is similar, we recommend calling and talking through your options with Five Points! Five Points offers us peace of mind when we are out of town as we know Mitch will be well taken care of! Thank you to the Five Points team!!!

We bring our dog here during the week for play school and during trips when we're out of town for boarding. The staff is fantastic with the owners and pets alike. They know our dog by name and greet him when we show up to drop him off. They are great at communicating with us with how our dog is doing and if there are any concerns we should keep an eye on. We have had great experiences with Five Points Kennels.

We took our dogs here for the first time, for boarding while on vacation. Our experience was amazing! As soon as we walked in we felt the positive energy and our dogs felt it too. Every staff member that we interacted with was very pleasant. Whether that was in person or over the phone to check in on our pups!Our dogs loved it here and the staff took great care of them. We appreciate it!!

This is one of the best kennels we've ever dealt with. They treat you like a VIP and they are exceptionally good with small dogs they will go away all the way to keep your pet in good shape they will take photos and send it to you daily and you can call and they will give you any information they can they're one of the best outfits I have ever seen. It is owned by a retired police officer I don't know him personally but he seems to really keep the best of people there. If I was going to go anywhere with my pet it would be here.

First time boarding my gal. She can be very picky. The staff gave her lots of attention, and worked with her stubborn eating habits. Really hoped she would enjoy puppy play time. My girl just doesn't play well with others, she was bathed and groomed just before I picked her up. So Beautiful!!! I will definitely take her back

?♥️Woof! I'm Coco, the happy-go-lucky pup, and I had a blast at Five Points Kennel! The personalized playtimes and daily play sessions with other furry guests were a dog's dream come true. I wagged my tail with pure joy as the staff showered me with attention and made me feel extra loved.But then, something unexpected happened—I fell ill while my humans were 700 miles away. That's when Five Points Kennel showed their true colors. They immediately sprang into action, communicating with my humans every step of the way and coordinating with our veterinarian. I felt safe and cared for, even without my humans by my side.What truly touched my furry heart was the extra effort they put in. They arranged for an after-hours pick up and called my humans not once, not twice, but three times to check on my recovery. Their dedication and genuine care made me feel special and loved, even in challenging times. Five Points Kennel is pawsitively amazing, providing an unforgettable experience and going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of their furry guests. I highly recommend them to any pup in need of a loving and top-notch boarding experience!

We've been going to Five Points for about 10 years. We have our babies boarded and groomed there. The staff is amazing and Dawn is the best groomer!!! Highly recommend her.
