The worst customer service experience in my life. Recently they bought out my previous bank and they literally gave control of my account to someone else. 6 calls to customer service and plenty of sorry we can't help you (what you gave access to my bank to someone that isn't me and you can't help me) finally I got someone at a branch to car and now it is take multiple days to remove the non signer from my account and give me access and control. Worst bank ever once sorted I'll likely leave due to in proper client service and security.

Extremely inefficient bank. Releasing of titles takes 1 month plus, putting yourself at risk legally.

First, this is the lowest of low.....second their unethical and pissy employees and conduct reflect exactly what people in Worthington and Clintonville are talking about. **** If you are searching for a TRUE Financial banking/Loan and investing instituion...go to FCBank, aka CNB. Absolutely wonderful. They listened AND heard my concerns and I guarantee, this is a bank that builds itself on trust, honor and commitment to their community and customers. Yes, the mention of the above company is vile.....and if it weren't for the employees themselves confirming....wow, company is shady.
