DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!If I could give no stars I would. This company is the worst. They moved my mother’s belongings across country, and lost several boxes. They didn’t crate the baby grand piano like they said. Holes were drilled into the top of the piano, and the music stand was missing.I waited the ninety days that they required before making a claim. I never got a reply or a dime back. I would never recommend this company, I don’t know how they’re still in business.

DO NOT USE THIS BOOTLEG COMPANY! Lost boxes, damaged my things, didn't respond to emails, or calls, changed prices. The absolute worst I've ever done business with. I would leave no stars if possible.

Total scam company...do yourself a favor and avoid them. I wish I had bothered to review the Better Business Bureau and Dept of Transportation websites...the number and seriousness of the complaints are pretty extreme. They ripped me off for over $10k because i didn't do my homework. Original quote of $13k for a fully managed move across the US. On day of packing they raise the quote to $31k. After several heated conversations, they drop the quote to $24k with a promise to refund the difference if my actual Cubic Feet shipped is less. When they arrive at my new place they demand full payment in cash before they open the truck or show me the shipping details. Once opened its completely obvious I'm significantly less than the new, hyper inflated estimate. After a dozen or so calls to Benjamin, which are never answered or returned, and a complaint with the BBB no refund in sight.

Don’t use this company! According to the BBB, they have received a pattern of complaints (me being one of them) for the following: “consumers allege that they are originally quoted a comparatively low price and that price is subsequently and considerably increased on the date of their move”, “the company has failed to keep delivery promises, and issue refunds“ and “ This business has a history of violating BBB’s name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation (or membership) or referenced BBB’s name in an unauthorized manner.” This is directly from the BBB site where they are appropriately rated as an F. Please do more research before booking with them, as they shouldn’t even be in business. They contract out the actual movers to whom have no idea what your agreement was with the company, red handedly lied about where my stuff was and when it would be delivered, took a month and a half to get our stuff and on top of that when rogue as soon as they picked our stuff up. Steer clear!!!!! The good reviews may be fake, as indicated by the BBB.

OMG terrible ,moved from Texas to Florida . Lost and damaged items and I cant even get a hold of a form to fill out about damaged and lost items. I have called and e mailed so many times I've lost count. I also have items that are not mine that I'm sure the other family would love to have. I was able to get someone on the line a couple of times and was told they would e-mail me the forms then they said they would mail me forms neither of which I have received. No surprise there! I also was charged several thousand dollars more than quoted but at 10:00 pm exhausted by myself 67 years old what was I going to do? I also was told I had I had 1200 cubic feet then when they were packing up my things it went to 2000 cubic feet and my cost went to over $10,000.00 I would at least like to have someone answer the phone or e mails. I won't hold my breath though. Kay Lawhon Please do not hire this company

They moved most items. Upon arrival at my house, they said that needed to add about $7,000 to the cost est. The packers did a pretty good job but they knocked over the mirrors. Upon arrival in PA, they were broken. Some of my dining room chairs were cracked where they had to pack them in the truck. Some of our crystal glasses were broken. I would recommend a company that offers a real guarantee. Six people helped pack and load the truck two unpacked. They struggled and scratched items, but they were PROFESSIONAL. Once they get your name, they will call multiple times. They really want your business. Not a call afterwards to see how they performed.

This company is a scam and I do not recommend them at all. Do not give them a deposit. They showed up a day late and wanted to charge me double the quoted price. They did not move my things and refuse to refund the deposit. They also refuse to respond to the attorney general in regards to my complaint. Call someone else!

Hired this comapny to move our parents from Florida to Iowa Nov. 2018. Worst movers ever, by the time thier belongings were delivered, boxes smashed, so many things broken, whole boxes of stuff just vanished. Quote for 5600.00, Movers showed up walked thru the house oh no this is way more then what I have written down, I had the paper work from them with all items listed, was same as his list. Argued with me, I call the office they argued with me. Ended up costing nearly 9000.00 to move them. We moved no appliances, only one bed room set small house of things. I filed an insurance claim 120 days ago, nothing from them at all. Try and call any of the google numbers you get forget it you get all kinds of other moving companies. One nice woman answered the phone saying I think one of the dispatches we have works for that company I'll see if I can ask them what you can do. All she ended up giving me was the same orginal email address for filing insurance claims with the company. This company is as bad as movers can get, never never hire these people to move anyone. Also a zip locke bag of my parent meds were also missing, from packed bags that were going in the car with us.

I hired First Call Relocation Company to move all of my belongings including my car and motorcycle from Los Angeles, California to Buffalo, New York. Upon arrival to my home in Buffalo, New York, both my car and motorcycle were damaged along with a majority of my large furniture. All of my furniture was purchased brand new in April, 2018 and was damaged during the move in July 2018. When my car was delivered it had 2 dents and paint scrapes on my hood. My motorcycle had countless areas of damage including broken mirrors, dented fender, scraped and dented fuel tank and more. Our furniture was dented, smashed, cracked, chipped and unsalvageable. 2 days prior to receiving our shipment, we were informed by a semi-truck driver who was driving our shipment from New Jersey to Buffalo, that the semi-truck had been involved in an accident. We have immediately contacted First Call Relocation and filled out an extensive claim form. First Call informed us that it can take up to 120 business days for the claim to be reviewed. The 120 day mark was January 9th, 2019 and we have since then contacted the company asking for an update on our claim. We have not received anything. Between the receipts of all of our brand new and purchased furniture, our car and motorcycle we are totaling roughly 10,000 in damages. We have photos and receipts of our furniture as well as photos of our car and motorcycle before the move. We were originally quoted $6,600 total to move our belongings and vehicles. The day of the move, we were told it would be an additional $2,400 after our belongings were already packed into the truck. This company advertises that they are apart of the Better Business Bureau on their website, however, if you go to BBB they are not listed. There are many similar complaints on this company and after doing some research, they also go by another name as well.

First Call Relocations, this company would be my LAST CALL I would make when trying to find a moving company. My husband and I had a terrible experience from start to finish. They are not loyal to the customer, they are not honest. A summary of our experience is that their charges were $2500 above the estimate we were given, which we were told was a very precise estimate. Once we called them with our new address and requested the delivery it took them 25 days to deliver our belongings from their storage unit. There were a lot of damaged items because they careless packed the truck over its capacity in order to fit another move, so much so that our mattresses were tied to the outside of the truck. They lost several items; we had 2 pieces of furniture and one big vase which were never delivered. Their customer service is the worst, they disregard and did not care about our comments, requests, frustration with their services. They are not professional, they are smart when it comes to scamming the customer. When we first contacted them we were given a general estimate which was low comparing to some other companies we had got quotes from, their estimate was $5500. We hired them to move and store our belongings, we did our own packing. Nick, from the quality department, called us to give us a very detailed and precise estimate. We were on the phone with Nick for over an hour going through every single item we have. We provided him with the exact number of boxes and sizes of each box. He went over every single piece of furniture we have. It was a tedious process but we agreed to it, because we told him several times that we didn't want to be surprised with a big discrepancy on moving day. Nick's estimate was $6500 and he guaranteed to us and mentioned several times he was being conservative and he was overestimating it in order to avoid any extra charges when time for pick up. On the pick up day it took the truck driver 10 minutes to look throughout our house and charge us $10500, a $4000 charge over Nick's estimate. After one hour on the phone speaking to a manger called Tyler we were told that we were very lucky to be given a 'discount' of $2000 and be charged 'only' $8500. Tyler was helpless and did not regard any estimate we had been previously given. I understand that an 'estimate' is not a fixed amount but it should be in the ball park. This company scams the customer. They charge by cubic feet so they do not take any piece of furniture apart, the truck driver made sure to take all the space he could get in the truck. We had our belongings in storage for a month and when we called to request the delivery to our new address they told us it would be delivered in 10 days. It took 25 days for them to deliver. My husband and I would called every other day and we were told over and over that they did not have a driver scheduled to come to our state. When our property was finally delivered we had a lot of items that were damaged. They had packed our stuff so tight in order to have another household in the same truck that our mattresses were tied to the outside of the truck. Two pieces of furniture and a big vase were never delivered, simply lost. We have moved across the country four times and this is by far the worse experience.

Do not use this company at any cost!!! They will rip you off as they did me. PLEASE WARN OTHERS!!!! PLEASE BEWARE of First Call Relocations! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! This company is totally unethical and employ liars and crooks!!! I booked an out-of-state move with them in December and was asked to submit an initial deposit of 33 % via ACH bank transfer to reserve my move. That should have been my first clue! 24 hours later I submitted a cancellation to them via email, which is according to their stipulations in their cancellation/refund policy, which I did. They cancelled the movers but never sent my refund back!!!! Ever since then, I have called them over 30 times and have the phone records to prove it and have not been able to get anyone on the phone that has the "power" to get me my refund back! They just keep passing me around to the accounting department which is never in the office, or is in a "meeting". They have also hung up on me numerous times! The "agent" who booked my reservation was Aaron Brightman, which is probably a fake name! I aslo spoke to Stephanie once and she didn't help either. He is the biggest scammer and liar of them all!!! One of the times that someone did answer my call, they we're not helpful and the lady was rude and screamed at me saying that I was NEVER going to get my money back and hung up!!! No one has any intention of acknowledging me nor has anyone addressed refunding me my money. They are TOTALLY fraudulent, unethical and are crooks!!! They are thieves posing as a reputable business that will hopefully shortly be shut down!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Beyond that, they are very disrespectful and seem to have no sensitivity toward my situation or have any intention of resolving it. I am glad that I have filed a fraud claim and involved the Consumer Fraud Protection department of the Attorney General of Indiana and have also involved a private Attorney and have filed a fraud claim with the Chase Bank Consumer Fraud Division and they are all on it!!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!!!!! I don't understand how TERRIBLE PEOPLE like this can own a business and be crooks with no heart or ethics!!! I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO THEM PERSONALLY. BUT, WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!!! BE WARNED!!!! Please STAY AWAY from this company. They will lie to you & they do not live up to the terms they promise. I wish I knew better. This company needs to be banned, We are still waiting for our $846.30. Please look for another moving company & read the past reviews before using the company.
