Employees refused to help me get a shoe and were rude about it

This store had good variety, and selection. There was a large selection of shoes, if you could get them to try them on. There were a lot of employees and not a whole lot of shoppers, but we didn't get two of the three pairs we wanted to try on and it took FOREVER to check out. They are lucky I wanted the one pair of shoes I got to try on.

Their system for bringing out shoes needs work. We waited a long time and eventually had to re-request a pair.

Went in on Dec 17th to buy my daughter a pair of sneakers for Christmas. Salesperson said that they did not have her size buy if I paid now for them, they would be delivered to my door in 3 business days. I got a notice Dec 18 that they were preparing to ship them. As of today, Dec 22 they are still waiting to ship item. I called the store 3 times with no answer. I called the number on the website and was on hold for 45 minutes before I had to hang up. No chance of having them before Christmas. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMY! I do not recommend.UPDATE: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Their "taking care of the customer" consisted of sending me instructions on how to track the package! I sent them the status of the shipping in my complaint! UNREAL

I have worked retail before and specifically a shoe store, that's an actual competitor so I understand the business and how it works. And I'm going to be honest, I would rather shop at Champs/Footlocker. Reasons, the employees are not engaging, not attentive to customers, lack energy, and the length it takes to get shoes is not okay. An hour to even try on a shoe? JD Sports needs to improve this store or concept.

Are you looking for loud music and a lot of people? If, so this and a local club is the place to be!I was home on Leave and stopped at JD in Castleton Square Mall...never again.If, you want shoes you are wasting your time!You will walk around or wait for at least 30 minutes before you will get some assistance.Then, by chance they have your shoe, you wait another 20-30 minutes in their wrap around line.I would say they are understaffed but 3 people stood in front of the store talking to each other and not helping.Go anywhere, but here.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to customer service wise. We waited a hour and a half for one pair of shoes and then the staff acted like we were crazy for saying something. Register had no change and was trying to force a young girl to have no change because they didn’t want to count dimes. Workers rolled their eyes and stood around while 50 customers were confused and waiting. This place should be shut down because of how terrible it is.

If I could give no stars, I would! My husband just spent over $150 on a pair of shoes. The problem is that when we entered the store, I was greeted with stone cold stares of demise by 2 employees when I said hello. and had he known what happened to me and why I left the store, he would never have bought anything there. He didn't want me to speak to the manager. So, I'm just putting it out there and maybe someone can address it internally.

The manager Hannah is very rude and nasty and also prejudice when she shouldn’t be because of the diverse crowd that she has to serve and manage which she does a poor job at I’m surprised she still works there I hope and pray that a higher up reads this and retrains her on how to interact with individuals in a much better way because of her rudeness towards customers and staff she’s going to bring sales down and bring profit margin below acceptable im going to continually watching and making note of her UNPROFESSIONAL WAYS because I know some higher ups in this fed of business that I will be sharing with them what I’m noting with this particular manager Hannah because this will be stopped!!!

Seeing the comments below I'm glad I am not the only one. I bought some new shoes at the finish line circle center sunday, returned them the NEXT DAYand was told since they were worn they were not returnable? One day? I have to wear them to feel them out. I wore them around the store, driveway and in my home. Different floor areas. Worst customer service. EVER! so bad that I left the shoes there. It's not even worth my time or headache to deal with that store. One and done as the saying goes. Not ever going to finish line. Please I don't want the cookie cutter response that you send back. Its a waste of pressing a button.

They didn't have what I was looking for but they did have the latest Jordan's I ended up buying so it was ok. Customer service was ok but could have been better.

I asked for help the first time the guy told me to wait the second time I seen him standing around again. He ignored me when I asked him a question about a shoe for a size. This was on Sunday July 30th around like 4:30 p.m.
