Customer service is horrible. Employees arguing in front of customers. Manager eating at the register. Worst jd store ever. They won’t last

They dont speak they was sitting talking about a restaurant bill it was me and one other customer the manger set the tone no one out of three employees ever asked if I need assistance I just walked out go to foot locker in the plaza they rude and don’t deserve your hard earned bucks

Today March 30, we were exchanging a pair of shoes. The manager at JD, she is VERY RUDE and not polite to customers at all. She called my boyfriend out of his name and told him that he could not return or exchange his shoes. The store is nice but needs better management.
