called customer service about an online order that wasn't correct. Finish Line sent only one pair of shoes and I ordered two. The lady who spoke with me was very helpful! She reordered the shoes and I received them two days later.

WHOA! Talk about lightening-fast delivery! So I ordered a pair of 'Nike Flight' online from the Seattle-Tacoma area via Finish Line's website, and the basketball shoes arrived in Washington state wAAAy sooner than expected. Unbelievable! Thank you folks! Will definitely be back to shop again.
