Horrible customer service shout out to the dark skin girl with the fudged up frontal wig ew get it fixed hunny for real?Asked her for a size and immediately said she didn’t have it so I asked for another size and she SIGHED so loud left and never came back with my size she just went back to register

The product is fine. The store is clean. The customer service I rate a negative 5. They are extremely slow. 5 employees one world the counter and I waited in line for 15 minutes for socks the last time!???

My kids and I went on Monday (2/26/24) and waited for 45 mins for shoes to be brought out only to have the salesperson come out and tell us they didn’t have them in stock.

Went to buy some shoes, asked for a size and the dark skinned lady came and said she didn’t have it then asked her for another size and she gave me side eye, gave a whole dog eye stare, SIGHED and left to the back and never came back out. Absolutely horrible customer service get her fired. 0/10 fix your wig and your makeup love

An extremely terrible experience. I did contact the police authority as well. The color shoe wasn't in stock, so I had to try on A different color shoe & I was told that I wasn't able to get the shoe sent to the store. It had to be delivered to my residence in which they stressed it tremendously. I had asked an approximate date & time & I was notified within 5-7 days. On the actual day of my delivery, instead of me receiving my shoes, I received an email late at night stating that my order was cancelled. I didn't cancel my order. The store did. The 1-888 number that the email had stated to call wasn't connecting me to an agent, the store was closed, so no one was able to answer. Twenty minutes after the store open the next morning, I had went to try to get my refund back, "In which it states on the back of the receipt that you're supposed to be able to get your money back within 30-45 days of purchase, "The guy Manger with glasses, refused to give me my refund, had me contact the 1-888 number & I was stold that they would mail me A check after A week". On the back of the receipt it doesn't states that we're obligated to contact the 1-888 number & that we will have to wait for A check through the mail. I didn't make them wait for them to accept my money, when I had made the purchase. I didn't make them call A number when I was told that I wasn't able to pick up my shoes instore. I didn't make them wait on hold to call the 1-888 number for over 30 minutes for anything! The short Mexican girl didn't even notify me that the shoes that I had purchased weren't even in stock, Yet, she was so set on telling me that the shoes didn't go beyond A 7. I would like to go e A special shout out to the African American lady who have locks, & the lighter guy with the plat braids on top. They were the only ones who were actually trying to help & the African American lady with the locks, was the only one who actually apologized numerous of times & tried to figure out A solution, Yet the store that she works for, which is the company did her the exact same way that this company has done me & someone else who left A previous review. It's almost like this company is scamming & stealing people's money, Yet they cover it up by sending out A check days, or weeks later. Yet, when you cash the check you're having to pay A check cashing fee for those who may don't use an online check cashing service. An extremely terrible experience. Thank you!
