the girls were so helpful and helped me pick out the cutest outfit. the only thing about this place is the hours are so bad, they're hardly ever open and being completely closed two days a week definitely isn't ideal

Went in today to try to find a cute dress. Nobody even made eye contact with me or said hello when I walked in. Then one of the girls gave me ridiculous attitude when I brought too many items into the dressing room. Then she proceeded to make a snarky remark about it to another worker WHILE I WAS STILL THERE. Oh, and then she complained I spent too long looking around without purchasing anything. Maybe if she spent half the energy she did to make me feel unwelcome, then I would've been more inclined to purchase something. Never coming back.

The cutest store to hit up after brunch on E. Carson St! The sizes are a bit inconsistent so I wouldn't be comfortable buying anything online but it's a good thing that they're store is only a quick drive away. The employees have always been nice and super helpful when I'm deciding between two things. Their return policy is a bit stringent which is something to be mindful about but completely understandable for a small boutique.

We walked in and the staff working at the desk seemed annoyed that we entered their workspace. A retail store. When asked how they could help one lady said with annoyance “we don’t bill insurance , they’re over there.”She didn’t get up or offer to help with selecting the appropriate item, or offer any other interaction. I left 2 stars because I noticed a super cute baby outfit on my way out.Experience isn’t best when the experienced people have a bad attitude and little regard for the fellow human.This is where the medical assistant keeps pushing us to buy our breast pump. I’m thankful we didn’t. Yummymummy.com provided great breast pump service without the attitude.

I have been shopping at this boutique for many many years. They have great clothes and I love that the store is organized by color. Most recently, I was looking for some cute crop tops and found some cute ones at a great price. They have beautiful dresses, cozy sweaters, and tons of options for "going out on the town" lol. One of my favorite boutiques in Pittsburgh!

This was my first time in this boutique. We were walking along on the way to Starbucks and decided to stop in to Figleaf Boutique. I have never heard of them but the store was set up so nicely. Color coordinated with black and white all on the left side. I found the most amazingly soft oversized sweater. Such a great wine color and decently priced. My sister purchased a delicate pretty necklace. For a quick last minute drop in we were both very happy and would like to come back again.

Bought a pair of earrings, noticed one earring was missing rhinestones. They were still in packaging, I hadn't worn them. Asked to exchange and they refused. Very upset, I want the earrings I paid for :(

I love their clothes and I typically have a really good experience. HOWEVER, today I walked in, looked at the girls working, made eye contact and they just looked back at me.No hello.No nothing.I've been in and out of retail for 11 years now so I found this extremely rude and unprofessional.

I stopped in tonight at 6:55pm (5 mins before closing time) to buy last minute emergency dresses before I leave for Vegas tomorrow. The girl who was working did not rush me at all and was so helpful to me on helping me find a few dresses. She did not make me feel rushed and stayed a half hour after close to help me do so. I'm so appreciative not only because I love the 3 dresses I bought, but I was really pressed with time to get them before I leave. I love this boutique and all of the clothes there. I would have bought everything if I could. The employees are very friendly and I'll definitely be back.

Great staff! I called to see if I could have my husband pick up my pump. They faxed the paperwork over, I faxed it back, and my husband picked up the pump with no problems! He said the staff there was very nice and helpful!

Excellent service and friendly staff! Have worked primarily with Yopi, but also Debby and Heather since my cancer surgery in early 2012. The staff is very helpful and considerate. Yopi is extremely knowlegeable of the products carried and wonderful at customizing to my needs. Overall, terrific experience! Thank you all!
