About FIDO
FIDO (Friends of Indianapolis Dogs Outside) is a non-profit dog welfare organization focused on improving the quality of life of outside dogs. FIDO works in the neighborhoods of Marion County to offer information and low-cost or free resources to income-qualified dog owners. Resources include secure fenced enclosures, dog houses, inside training crates, and other basic dog supplies. The FIDO warehouse is open to the public twice each week for basic pet supplies, including pet food, at a nominal fee for income-qualified dog and cat owners living in Marion County. Spay/neuter is required and is provided by FIDO in order to receive all other FIDO services.
