I got scammed and got my accts both wiped out someone from another country some way had a way to use an atm to to make transfers from my savings to checking and totally wiped out my acct and I was told that I was calling the bank every so often saying card isn’t working have no pin could you up my daily withdrawal amount which wasn’t me!! Said I called them an said I’d be out of town wasn’t me either . The scam happen in Madrid Spain and Portegual and the bank is telling me that I was the one that did all this I don’t even have a passport to goto another country! The bank doesn’t want to reimburse my money lost I have posted a bad review on the FedEx credit union I do not trust them

It’s the way they speak to you that gets me. So my first experience was with the man manager who basically told me they didn’t have time to do their job because they were about to close. I am from a shared branch therefore my checks will be on hold for weeks if they do not fax them over and when I asked if they could he told me we are closing in 7 mins. So it takes 2 to call so they can clear my check. And didn’t do it either which is how I knew it takes weeks to clear because my credit union has to wait for them to send it.
Now today I go in and okay I get what she was saying but I didn’t like how she said it. My grandma gave me a check and failed to write the date and my full name on it and when she said it I’m like okay that’s fine. And I would have caught it had I paid it attention when she gave it to me. I just stuck it in my purse since we were in public. But anyways, as I’m leaving she says and you can’t just write it in either. Excuse me!!! Do I look like a criminal to you? How dare you say something like that to me like I do fraud or something. It was beyond rude and disturbing to me that she said that. I didn’t even think of just writing it in. As I was leaving I was actually about to call my grandma and tell her. Just as she wrote this one, she can write another one. I wouldn’t dare get myself in any trouble about some money. This place is 6 minutes from my home and I usually drive 20 mins to another branch simply because I don’t care for the way they spoke to me the first time. But this is what I get for being lazy and visiting them again.

These guys are straight up unqualified for their job. Everything from having to pay to have a checking, a terrible app, to Literally closing so you can't access your money AT ALL for several months, to messing up your name so you can't even log in, to the worst customer service known to man (20 minute wait times on the phone). To not taking money out of your check for a car loan after you found time to go in (which is difficult because they are only open when they know you're working). It's clear they didn't think about anyone actually using the bank & just wanted to take people's money. Any other bank is better I guarantee it

The worst credit union I’ve ever be a member of! I lost my credit card 3 weeks ago and requested a new card and I still haven’t received a card. The customer service is horrible and they sound like they don’t know what they’re doing. You have to wait on the phone for like 30 minutes and you’re lucky if you even get a answer. I am disappointed that I ever joined this credit union!

I love FECCA! Being a member and also a Fedex freight driver has been such a wonderful experience. Loans and other financial services are readily available and easy to access. The website /app is easy to navigate. I've managed to convince my wife and daughter to leave their big commercial banks and join. 5 stars all the way!
