This place is garbage. Shipping 2 empty mags back to SIG seemed to be an issue for them. No amo, no firearm just magazines. If it takes 2 people ( an employee and manager) and 2-3 handbooks to make sure you can ship an empty mag, you’re in the wrong business. I’ll also be reaching out to sig with this issue and hopefully they change their shipping provider.

This location is very organized and cares about their customers. I needed a mobile order to be done earlier than the posted time, and they were happy to accommodate my needs by doing it immediately.

I watched associate tanner walker off on 3 African American customers and service a white gentleman before acknowledging anyone else this is disturbing and I want be sending money here anymore!

FedEx delivered a $500 dollar package to the wrong address and then refused to fix the issue and we lost our package completely. eBay will not reimburse us because it shows the package was delivered and signed for but to the WRONG ADDRESS. Never never use fedex.

If I could, I would give it zero stars. I went to leave a package and the manager of the store, from the moment he looked at me, I looked ugly, he didn't want me to serve me. The other worker was rude. He just called me and left to do other things. Oh, he left me at the last return after seeing me. I hate him. and he didn't want to help me, he really looked at how racist he is, I was very disappointed in that place, I won't go back ???

Easy to select services desired, as well as payment method, then fax, print, or copy to your heart's content. Also will provide fax confirmation to obtain proof it was faxed and should've been received.

Light dusting of snow closes you all and no sign or anything indicating it. It’s no wonder there’s only a handful of actual stores in Indianapolis. Probably because everyone does their business elsewhere whenever possible.

I've been a client of this particular location since 2004. Rather I email what I need printed / made or visit the store directly, I've never been disappointed. There was a time, I did attempt utilizing another Kinko's that was closer to my employer and THAT was a HUGE mistake. The team at the US31 location is on top of their game and are always quick, courteous and produce my requests correctly the first time. Easy 5 STARS!! Thank you for always doing a superb job and for always going above and beyond!
