Elaine, Marvin and Jana could not have been more amazing!!! Initially Elaine helped us with an emergency banner for a convention - she was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. When the banner printed out, the file was not high enough resolution so Elaine re-did the design for us. In the mean time, Jana and Marvin helped her a bit, but all of them were so kind and helpful…you rarely see this amount of customer service these days. If I could give them all 10 stars I would - especially Elaine - she was a God-send!!! THANK YOU to the amazing team at this FedEx location!!!

Marvin was an absolute stud. Our company had a huge rush order that needed to be completed by the end of the day. Marvin stayed two hours after the store to ensure that the order was completed and personally handed to us. As a business that sends out large print orders on a weekly basis, I have never dealt with someone as professional, nor received better customer service. Marvin got us out of a jam when we were in a tight spot and I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Massively inconvenience is what this place is. Parking SUCKS! NOT ENOUGH DOORS OPEN TO GET TO THE office. No late pick up.

Great Service for a LETTER to be overnighted. Drove up, valet watched my car, they helped me mail my overnight envelope with no extra fees but it was just a letter. yes be careful if its a box. you may want to choose another location.

I don't understand these bad reviews, because I've only ever had amazing service at this Fedex inside the hotel. I've printed large & small jobs here & always get quality care & attention to detail. Thanks!

Customer beware. There is an additional $15 handling fee because it is in a hotel. No where was this advertised on the fedex website. Highly recommend to avoid this location as well as the JW marriott location. Instead go to monument circle if you want to avoid the surcharge.

We had a special oversized item to ship and Lisa was very helpful trying to find the right size box that would not cost us an arm and a leg to ship. It took a while to find the right one but she was so kind and didn't give up. Plus another employee kept going back to the storage room to get more boxes to try without complaining. Thank you!

Was forced to use FedEx Ground for a business return, wish I would have seen these reviews before wasting my time. There is a $10 handling fee period and it doesn't matter if its only a prepaid drop off. This is why I despise FedEx and will be rejecting any return labels going forward from them.

Please be aware that there is absurd fees for any package that you should try to drop off here. On top of that it is difficult to find. I would appreciate if Google would remove this from its search results.
