The kiosk scanner wouldn't scan my labeled package. The nice guy at the counter saw my struggle and dropped what he was doing to get me out the door faster. Some days I have to go to UPS, USPS and Fed Ex so it's nice to have my errands expedited. Nice Fed Ex employee.

Although I went to FedEx to pick up the business cards I ordered online, I was also interested in other services and products. The store manager, Sabrina, was extremely helpful in answering my questions and giving me suggestions on several other products, i.e. posters, postcards, pop-up banners, etc. Her professionalism was outstanding and she indicated that it was her desire to equip each employee with the same professional interest in the customer's marketing needs. I was impressed with the service I received and I shall return soon to purchase the marketing materials she recommended. I have no idea how FedEx pays its employees, but I have recently noticed that the businesses and companies that pay their employees well are in a much better position to attract the most qualified candidates. Bravo, FedEx!

Horrible service-Multiple times now I have had orders wrong / not done right / not finished when promised and they act like it's my fault
