Terrible experience. Female staff more knowledgeable than male staff. Bought a 35dollar drill bit to get 12 holes out of it. Manager wasnt helpful and told me to purchase a more expensive bit. Saw nothing wrong with the situation. Grainger is west of fastenal on south side of street on16th i reccomend going there.
