BEWARE! POTENTIAL CAR JACKING SET UP AT THIS GAS STATION!!! I went to get a couple items from the gas station and I pulled up to a pump stopped, turned my car off and went inside. I got my items and I went to the front counter. I waited nearly 10 minutes for service. No one else was in the store but me and the two employees who clearly saw me waiting in line. The lady was counting her drawer OVER and OVER and OVER. Refused to serve me and asked the man if he could ring me up. Which be completely ignored her 3 times and continued to ignore me while he blasted music on his phone. After nearly 10 minutes, I asked if I could get service and had to yell to get either one of them to help me. The man tried to shove a complaint form at me. I told him it wasn't necessary. I just wanted to get my stuff and get out of the gas station. Upon leaving the store there was a suspicious man who was parked next to me at the other pump. He hid behind the pump when I came out, then proceeded to stare me down with a menacing look and continued to peek at me behind the pump with an angry look. I put my things in the passenger side and feared for my safety as it seemed like a classic car jacking or potential robbery set up!!! BEWARE, there is malicious stuff going on at this gas station!!! I felt so unsafe I didn't even get any gas and left immediately.

Two registers, but can only use the broken one that doesn't accept cards. Doesn't care to business unless it's at the pump.

This place is delicious I go here all the time it is wonderful and I really want to give it more than 5 stars but I am unable to do that delicious place clean bathrooms and cheap prices on fuel

It's late and we had pasted the truck stop near Westfield and needed fuel, seen Family Express on the map so decided to stop. The attendant, Mark, was cleaning outside and seen us looking for the pump number on the way in and was super helpful! The inside was clean and he was super friendly. He got us set up with the perks card, super fast and easy! Thank you for all your help, made this rainy day so much better!! We'll be checking out more of the stores and especially stopping here again!

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service everywhere these days. My husband and I frequent this location because of your rewards program and we spend a great deal of money on gas every week however today was a disappointment. Store manager couldn’t stop doing her daily paperwork to greet us at the register, couldn’t even make eye contact, Never said thank you, have a nice day, nothing at all. There are many gas stations to purchase fuel at, appreciate those who frequent your store

McCordsville Family Express is awesome!!! This company did a great job remodeling this old Village Pantry that was an eyesore It is clean and fresh and has a new car wash!! Thank you Family Express!!!

This is a really good place to go to get your gas.I go there with my mom all the time and the food there is always really fresh.We go there almost everyday it's a really good and neat gas station!
