Can you explain to me why it's 10am on a Sunday and the DOOR IS LOCKED?!? .... You are next door to laundrymatt....people need to come in and get laundry soap and not only is your company losing out on money but you're also making it hard for individuals who don't have transportation to another store nearby. It seems as though the manager walked up at 9:54 and said with a smug attitude that they opened at 10:00 a.m. those aren't the hours listed below and I was given no explanation as to why they were opening at 10:00 please look into this....

Every time I come here the doors are locked or they close 7 hours early.. It is getting real old. I get that the pandemic made ppl unable or not want to work, but this is absolutely excessive & due to people not doing their jobs. Period.
