First time they ever closed 10 minutes early.. but a lady working there was staring at me and two other customers rudely.

Went into the store last night and purchased a sound bar. Got the sound bar home and it didn’t work.
I took the sound bar back to the store 30 min. Later so I could exchange it.
I was told by 4 employees, all at the counter, that they couldn’t exchange the product.
So now I have been calling customer service etc to get things straightened out.
Can’t make this stuff up. I have never had this problem ever. Obviously not very intelligent and very rude.
I will NEVER shop here again, and you shouldn’t either.

They never open at their posted time. I wait until after eight to even start walking up to this store and it's usually still locked. They need to change their posted time it they aren't going to be open at eight.
I'm waiting outside the store now. I can't just go somewhere else, due to no vehicle. I have to leave in about an hour for work, and won't be off work until late.

I have been shopping at this store for 5 years now and have always been satisfied. Excellent staff, always a clean store and the shelves are always stocked.

Theyre Always closing before the actual time. You can't just expect to buy something at 8:45, they're already counting their registers down even though. God Google and everyone knows it's 9pm Exactly. I live in the area, I try to frequent this one, but these guys continually frustrate me on this one. The place is also poorly stocked, understaffed, items are always spilled all over the shelves in the first aid department. This place is being consumed by the laziness of it's own staff.

If you're going to ask me to leave my purse/book bag at the counter then don't be rude about it!!! I've never had to do that before. So when you tell me to leave my book bag at the counter and I say "it's my purse, and all my money is in there", please don't be so rude to tell me how you don't care and that it's store policy. Plus have a safe place to put it. Not where anyone could come up and grab it. I'm probably never coming back to this location anymore. That's really sucks too because they are always stocked up. So shameful!!!

Store staff are nice but never open on time and it’s very frustrating. I have to be at work at 8:30 in Irvington and I’m a teacher so sometimes I need extra snack or supplies and this location is SUPPOSED to be open at 8am. 9/10 when I come to this location it’s WELL after 8:00 and they are not open. Currently sitting in the parking lot at 8:15. There’s two people standing at the entrance waiting to come in and multiple people waiting in cars for the doors to open. So there are multiple people needing something just waiting on the staff to decide to finally open. Once again this is an almost daily habit of the opening staff to not open on time. I’ve seen two people leave already extremely upset that they wasted their time waiting for the location to open
