This store isn’t better than the other they have things on sale from other companies and because it doesn’t ring up on sale they say they have nothing to do with it which could be true but take the product out of the store then because it’s not right to advertise and then you don’t honor the sale?

They are always closed before 5pm. EVERYDAY. I live in this neighborhood and i always have to drive further away because this family dollar closes before evening

I was at the store a half hour ago getting some things as soon as I walked in I got a very warm welcome from who I would later learn is a young lady working there named Sky.Now let me first state I’m a regular at this particular store so the warm welcome in itself surprised me.Anyway as I put my things on the conveyor to be rung up Sky politely asked if I’d found everything alright and how I was doing,it was just so refreshing and nice...and a great smile as well. Okay so I bought more than I usually do and I was going to have to take what I could carry and come back into the store for the last bag. Well without hesitation Sky said I’ll carry that out for you “no worries “ were her exact words. I’m writing this about Sky because she went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. Thank you Sky, and I hope I spelled your name correctly for superior customer service and genuine kindness.Family Dollar is extremely fortunate to have you as an employee. Well at 6:15pm arrived at store. The person working locked the door when I walked up and then let another customer in after me. Messed up hateful and rude.
