I had my kitty neutered today. They showed a lot of concern since he had recently had an abcess which I appreciate. He's doing great. I love the numbered parking spaces with instructions. Great idea!

My 1 year old puppy and I had a very positive experience with FACE. The staff was very nice and calming. They put me at ease before and after the neutering. Post operative instructions were given clearly and kindly plus I would recommend them for the very reasonable fees.

They need to work on communication about what services have to be performed to get medication. I go to pick up my dogs flea tick heartworm meds and was told he would need a heartworm test, this was never mentioned at my appointment 2 days ago when I clearly stated that I needed this type of medication for my dog. Now I have to make another appointment and pay for another exam and the test when this could’ve been handled at the initial appointment.

I LOVE YOUR FACILITY AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AND VOLUNTEER THERE. But someone needs to update the online service. It is still talking about about curbside service for vaccines. Which was a positive from covid. Do still need an appointment for for vaccines for dogs, and I also need some Apoquil for my dog with allergies. Children benadryl is not covering it, do I need an appointment for this
