I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Eric Groot’s office. After multiple conversations, I was left confused about why my auto policy was canceled. Which I now understand however we had multiple conversations up until cancellation that he did now make CLEAR.Despite reaching out several times, I never received the clear explanations or follow-up I was promised. I even requested a callback, which was ignored, adding to my frustration.
The customer service in this office is severely lacking. As a client, I expected a higher level of care and communication, especially when it came to something as important as my insurance. Unfortunately, the entire experience was distasteful and unprofessional. I’ve since switched my policy to another office, and I will not be returning.
If you’re looking for an insurance agent who prioritizes their clients and ensures they fully understand their policies, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

They want to patch my roof on my home that received hail damage. 23-26 shingles. My home is 1,000 sq ft. Just a small roof. Worked with several agents and was told one story by the inspector who said everything would be “replaced” and the agent said no.

It's nice . The only problem I have is my car insurance goes up every six months. I only drive my car on the weekends. Threw the week I drive a company vehicle. I have drive wise. How do I correct this problem. Oh and also I drive my car 2 or 3 times a year to see my mother. She lives in Corydon ind. It's about 2.5 hour drive.

Eric and Seth are the most informed and professional agents to deal with. My transaction from old insurance company to Allstate was SEEMLESS. While having dinner with friends last night I referred this insurance agency to 2 of my friends. I highly recommend this agency!

I always have great compliments about Allstate and about my agent is willing to help at any time . Even when I have questions too he's always willing to answer them !! I knew Eric when you brought his boys to the daycare cuz I was working there in the kitchen and I introduced myself to him !!

Called in Eric's office to compare my then house and car insurance to insurance with Allstate home and car insurance. All my questions were answered promptly and with assurance that rates quoted were what I could expect (no surprises). I have already recommended to my friends and co-workers. Another pleasant surprise is every time I've called their office I was greeted with a live person and have gotten response quickly. Previous insurance company played phone-tag, and had voice recorded service (you know press1, or press2, etc.).Thanks you Eric G. and Seth A.

Never really responds to emails. No after hours voice-mail. Insurance decided to my adult daughter after explicitly saying I am the only one driving my vehicle. Notice said to make contact, I did 4 times. Now charging me $50 more than I was originally charged last month with no notice.Very frustrating ?

I was overwhelmed after speaking with Seth. In total, I’m saving $3000.00 on insurance for my 2 vehicles, home owners insurance and an umbrella policy. Absolutely unbelievable. I’m so happy I switched companies.
