My rep for enterprise at the local branch named jim did an awesome job with getting me though the process and also was very friendly. So enterprise thank you for allowing jim to work for your company. He is a great employee.

Embarking on a last-minute rental with Enterprise turned into a symphony of seamless service! Their app made booking a snap, and the staff's professionalism during pickup was truly impressive. We had to extend our rental unexpectedly, but their online tools made it a walk in the park. When life threw us a curveball and we ran late returning the vehicle, Enterprise's understanding blew us away. Their exceptional customer service at drop-off was the cherry on top, affirming that we made the perfect choice. Cheers to Enterprise for always hitting the high notes of excellence!

Excellent service!!! Rented car here for few days and wow ! Smooth process, car was brand new Nissan Altima, bringing back car smooth and easy process. Will be back for sure Wonderful Customer Service! Cannot wait to rent car again from them .. highly recommend!

Had a reservation at 3pm, I arrived an hour late (held up with work) & my reservation was given away. The given excuse was that my phone number wasn’t on the reservation that was made by our onboarding team.1 hour!! Ariel gave zero F’s of trying to help my situation or even apologize that she knowingly broke company policy of giving the reservation away before the 2 hour window (as stated by customer service). I reached out to customer service & their marketing team (via FB Messenger) no one bothered to return my call that I requested. It’s not hard to understand why Ariel lacks the understanding of good customer service. It certainly isn’t being modeled for her from a leadership capacity.I was an Enterprise customer for 25 years; since the late 90’s when I had many friends that were young professionals working for them right out of college. Clearly, this is no longer their business model. I will not be returning as a customer.

In fairness, I'm taking out my aggression about a company policy on this particular station.I made a reservation online and was called the next day to be told they didn't have cars available until 5pm. I needed to leave at 11 am.Was told this place had cars, drove down there, and forgot to move money on to my credit card.It declined AND THEY COULDN'T RUN IT AGAIN FOR 24 HOURS!!!!! ? Seriously? I literally just had to move money into the account. It's not like I was using a stolen card (name [rare] matched the ID and insurance info) or anything. So annoying!The people at this place were lovely, but maybe checking in ("hey, the total fee is going to be this much") before running the ONLY credit card I have would have been a nifty idea.It's a stupid policy that's not helpful to anyone.

This was a great place for me to rent, but these past 2 ocations, they have called an hour or 2 before pick up to tell me that they didn't have what I needed. This place became unreliable to me 100%. No matter how soon you make your reservation, they will disappoint you. There is no need for a third try on my end.

Had a good experience until the end of my rental. Called to see how I should return he rental since my car was ready. They asked where my car was ready to be picked up from. I let them know it was in carmel. I was told to bring the car back to Enterprise and they would drive me up to my car and to call when I was on my way, so I did. I pull into Enterprise and they ask how can they help me. I let them know what was going on and the woman who greeted me confirmed I was the person she had just spoken to on the phone 20 minutes ago. She proceeded to ask me again where I needed to pick up my car, I let her know the dealership was in Carmel. She then tells me that I can just take the car up there, that it's too far for them to take me. I asked what do i do with the car, she said just leave it at the dealership they'll handle it. So it was a complete waste of time and Gas. Luckily my dealership had an Enterprise in its parking lot so I delivered the car there. Fast foward to when I check to see if my deposit for my car had been put back into my bank account. I see less than half was refunded so I called to find out why. I spoke with Ariel who was not very nice from the get go. I explained the situation and she told me I should have received an email with my receipt. I left her know I had not received anything yet. She then proceeded to treat me like an idiot asking if I had checked my spam folder I let her know I had and it wasn't there. She said maybe I had their email blocked, I told her no because I had received my rental agreement just fine. She then rudely said she would send it again. I waited as she sent it and finally received the email. She then proceeded to tell me that my deposit was split into 2 payments. Less than half went back to my checking account. The the rest supposedly was sent to back to my capital one card which I had used to pay for a few days worth of roadside assistance before I ended up canceling the roadside assistance. I asked why that was and she told me she didn't know, "I couldn't tell you". I then told her I wanted my money back, there was no reason to split my payment. When the deposit had come from my bank account, not my capital one card. She proceeded to argue with me, raise her voice and speak over me to not let me talk. She then said "fine I'll send you the other $25 and now you'll get $75 back from us!" So very rude and condescending. I told to her to forget it with that type of attitude. I will be calling to speak to someone else because of her attitude and the other half of money was not put back on my capital one card like she stated. Very disappointed with this interaction.

I have used Enterprise on Keystone while my car was repaired twice in the last few months. I can tell that Ariel, their new manager, is really working to provide good customer service and make things right. I think under her leadership the store will gain better customer service, less turnover, and an overall improved experience. She is working hard!

The reason behind having to get a rental car from Enterprise was not a great experience (accident) but Isaiah and Jackie turned the frustrating experience upside down, making it a positive experience. From getting a rental car to figuring out insurance issues, customer service was great! ! I can’t thank them enough for their help!

Absolutely horrible experience. Reserved vehicle one month out. Called 45 minutes before scheduled pick-up to say they canceled and to try elsewhere. Absolutely no customer service...simply didn't care.

My department reserved a sedan last week for me to use for government business trip. I was called with less than 24 hours from my pick up time that they have no vehicles for me and I have to "call around" and figure it out myself. All enterprises near me are already closed. Worst customer service that was disrespectful and unhelpful.
