I’ve rented from this location a few times. Had minor issues (nothing that would prevent my trip) but most importantly is even the minor issues they looked out. They offered an upgrade, etc. I appreciate the staff here and will always come back for my rental needs.

Excellent customer service! I had to rent a car while mine was being worked on in the shop. I was dealing with someone else's insurance company and they had not set me up with a rental voucher.The repair shop sent me to this Enterprise location and the service agent called the insurance company and set up the rental to be assigned to my claim. He was very nice, had several cars available, and they picked up the rental from the repair shop when everything was finished.I had never rented a car before so I don't know if this is routine service, but it felt like they went above and beyond.

My insurance booked me a reservation here due to my accident. NICK RODGERS was incredibly rude. Had an attitude from the moment we got on the phone. He wouldn’t tell me what cars were available because they had “a lot of them” he refused to let me speak to a manger because the manager was “doing other stuff”. Hung up on me three times. Then eventually stopped answering the phone completely. Dealing with an accident is hard enough. Nobody deserves to be treated thisnwwy. Why on earth do you employ people like this? Disgusting. Will be calling my insurance to go elsewhere.

My experience was great. No hassle and very informative on the renting process of the vehicle. Nick Rogers of the management team was indeed great in that aspect. Thanks and I would definitely rent from there again.

Excellent service!!! Stopped in and Blake set up my rental for me to be picked up at a different location in a whole different town and even located an office closest to where I was going to be. When I need another rental I will call him again. Very helpful.

Make a reservation for a vehicle.The location didn't have any vehicles in the class my reservation was for so they upgraded me to a vehicle class they did have on site at no additional cost. Vehicle was clean and associates were professional and helpful. Hassle and surprise free

The absolute worst place you could possibly choose to rent your car from. Beware!Don’t do it, you’ll regret!!If you absolutely must though, make sure you take photos of your car yourself upon pick up and drop off. An employee at this location picked up my car (without me there) and filed a claim with enterprise corporate without my knowledge, and now I’m having to deal with an incident/claim that I was completely unaware of. It was likely the employee that damaged the car when transporting it back to their enterprise location.Per the instructions from Chad below, I’ve followed up with them via email and no response. This company is a fraud and I’m never using them again.

I used this location to rent a car through my insurance when my car was in the body shop. They picked my wife up and brought her to the store so they could give us the car. Unfortunately they only had one car available (Dodge Charger HEMI) which was too much car for her. I returned it the following day to get a car more like our Honda Civic. As luck would have it there was a Nissan Sentra at another Enterprise location just a couple miles up the road.The agent called up there and told them I was waiting and to bring the car ASAP. To which they replied they would be there in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later and several unanswered phone calls asking where they were another employee offered to run up there and get it for me. He returned with the vehicle and we exchanged keys. I noted there were a few small scratches and a chip in the windshield. As I drove it I found a small leak in one tire which required me having to put air in it at least once a day.Over all the staff was very friendly and did as much as they could for me. If I require their services again I will maybe use a larger location with more inventory.

They charged me for an extra day and that also means an extra 25 for young drivers fee. I dripped the car off Sunday when I was supposed to and since they were closed the keys were put in the Dropbox. So they obviously had to get the keys from the box instead of refunding my full 200 they put that I returned the next day....knowing they had to get the keys from the box meaning it was already returned now the location is not answering and I called customer service when I dropped it off and again this morning they're saying someone has to call me back ?

I rent from this location all the time. I've had issues with vehicles from this location and sometimes they make good on the service but this last time I heard nothing back from management not even the associate that rented the car to me. I sent a detailed message to them concerning the issues at hand and still no response. the windshield wipers are horrible and made it unable to see at night. I needed to take my daughter back to school and I'm very disappointed that I was not be able to do so in the 2020 Camry I rented. It was already driving poorly on dry pavement but I did not want to risk our safety driving on the highway with horrible suspension, poor tire tread, and faulty windshield wipers in the rain. I dropped the car off before the returned date and time. I hoped someone would have called or return my message but no response. I was asked to leave a review and yes I'm not a happy customer. I like enterprise and I'm sure me not renting from them won't even leave a mark but I had to let others know to do a full inspection not just a walk around before leaving town. I would hate for something to happen to someone in a faulty vehicle.

Did not know that they closed at 2pm on Saturday. Showed up at 2:30p and they were closed. Walked in at 9am next day to get car and they gave our reservation to someone else. Sent us to airport 45 minutes away. Confirmed they had a car, got to airport and they did not have a car. They didn't car, no empathy. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend.
