Bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona last week and it all worked out. I learned a lot from my salesman about my options with financing even though I walked in with a game plan through my bank. But Anthony Williams if you go there -go see him he’ll make sure you have want you need and like! He was cool. 10/10 highly recommend Enterprise. (Honrable mention- the hospitality - atmosphere was so pleasant and they gave my son snacks)

My son Joseph and I would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by the Enterprise Team on Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis. First thanks goes to Mr. Pete Piazza, a long time friend for his referral recommendation, then there is Toni Bridges a champion in understanding the clients needs, being patient like a family member through the vehicle purchasing decision. Toni was honest, precise, and understanding of our needs during this unexpected, stressful need to make family vehicle upgrade decisions. Cars cost what homes used to cost back when I started out on my own in the mid 1970s. Toni Bridges and Pete Piazza are exceptional employees and I will never waiver in making a referral to Enterprise because of them. Thanks also to Mr. Juan Medina for assisting with all the paperwork so My son Joe could drive his 2021 Jeep home on the afternoon of September 28.

Update 10/10/24
We have purchased three vehicles from this location. The process is always easy and upfront. Lucas Stroia was easy to work with, explained everything we needed about the vehicle and advised us of the buying process upfront. The whole team there worked well together and if Lucas was unsure about something, he asked instead of guessing and his teammates were always happy to assist and very respectful as well.
Very curtious with my time. Told them what I wanted, they found it and was in and out pretty quickly. No pressure warranty offer too which was a relief.

Lucas Stroia was Awesome to work with and he really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. He kept me well informed on everything step by step. I was not overwhelmed one bit. His friendly, positive and caring approach made the process very easy for me. He even went the extra mile to deliver my new vehicle to me. His dedication to his work is truly inspiring. The whole team was AMAZING!!!!

They are nice people, however tread carefully. They have bad communication between managers, one person will say one thing while another person says something different. My husband and I have been there twice, and in both situations, their banks will not work with you unless you have a high downpayment. You might as well get a car brand new. The second time we went, we wanted to trade our car, with a downpayment. They wouldn't take the trade, and we told their financial manager that we didn't want 2 car payments. They showed us a car with a lower price and they said that the second car could work with our trade. We came back over the weekend to sign papers and they said that they would not take our car, so we were led on. They need better training on communication. Will not come here ever

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! I bought a 2022 Kia Niro 2 weeks ago from this lot. Yesterday the back left light went out, and 2 warning signs popped up on the dashboard. I called the make them aware. They said bring it in when you could. Leaving my son’s school today with 71 miles to empty the car wouldn’t start at all. It also has giving me a warning sign about a regenerative brakes. It’s hot and I’m stranded and they are saying I’m pass the 7 days to return it!!! This is a lemon!!! Please don’t buy your car here!! #singlemom #ripoff

I've been dealing with Enterprise for over 20 years now, here and there borrowing cars or rather renting cars to go out of town and stuff well I had a dilemma here lately or I needed a car cost me a lot of money but they were there readily available helping me they were totally awesome then I had the opportunity to go to the next office which was in Indianapolis and buy a car from them. I'm totally satisfied with the whole situation all the way around I always tell someone when they want to rent a car go to Enterprise don't go anywhere but the Enterprise. You guys are awesome!
