Elsmore has all the swimming gear! The staff was kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the equipment needed for our child’s swim team and walked me through everything. We will be back!

I was there today to get new swim briefs, goggles, and a swim cap since I'm joining Indy Aquatic Masters. It has been years since I've been on a Swim Team and it was definitively well over new for new equipment. They have everything in there you can think of and always have deals on equipment. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be back when I need something new!

Drove the four hours round trip midweek to get my daughter her first 13+ tech suit. Experienced with boys’ suits as we’ve been through this with my son but girls suits are new territory. Got fitted in-store. That weekend she swam with the suit it kept filling with water. Had coach look at it and he said it’s WAY oversized can’t believe they sized her that way. Can’t return as it was worn in the water even though again, it was sized incorrectly. Ended up ordering online several sizes down from another retailer and fits perfect. Same suit, correct size, and cheaper than Elsmore.

Good luck getting anything you may have ordered. It has been a month and I still have yet to receive my order. Elsmore sends a ton of marketing spam emails, but zero updates to my order.While ordering online, there is not a single indication that there might be a delay, or an extended wait period to receive the product that is being purchased. It is not until after a customer has paid, that an email will be sent stating that there is some sort of indefinite delay.I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from Elsmore Swim Shop. A company that lacks, honesty, transparency, and integrity should not be honored with your business.

Fantastic store with extremely knowledgeable staff. We have gotten help fitting suits, goggles, and flippers while there. They have everything you need swimmers, whether you are new to the sport or a pro.

Recently we were in Indy (3hours from home) for my daughter’s annual cancer check up. We stopped by the swim store to check on our order which had been delayed and whatnot. They figured out what happened and also fitted my daughter with the correct swimsuit size AND flipper sizes. Because of the effects of cancer to my daughters leg, she has different size feet. She needed two completely different pairs of flippers for them to fit. (We are new to competitive swimming so all of the gear is new to us). Because of all the ordering issues we had, the store kindly gave us the 2nd set of flippers for free. We were very happy with our service and will be back when we make our trips to Indy in the future. We also purchased this cute sparkly swim hat!

The lady who helped me, in spite of the fact the store was super busy, took the time to be sure I got what I needed. Definitely rates 5 stars. As nice as the lady was, I wish I could give Elsmore Swim Shop 6 stars.
