No one likes dealing with insurance, but working with Taylor made it so easy. For the first time ever, an agent explained my policy line by line on both home and auto insurance.
Also, the rates with State Farm are significantly lower than the last company. Glad I made the decision to change.

I put off having our policies reviewed because I thought it would be a hassle. Not only was it crazy easy, I was able to increase our coverage, lower our rates (A LOT!) & reduce our deductibles completely hassle free! Talyor was professional, efficient and very kind. Thank you!

Taylor Farrell, my State Farm agent, is an EXTRAORDINARY person I ever work with. He ensure that I get what I need to cover my car. He is very caring and transparent with every thing. I couldn’t thank him enough because I walk out of the office with huge relieve from a best deal I can find in Indianapolis. He will have me for long time as long as I live in Indiana. Elizabeth Marshall the owner of this office got one of the best agent and I highly recommended him.
