Helped us move from Westfield to Greenwood. Team we had was very courteous and gentle with our belongings. There was one small damage to one of our pieces of furniture but they were quick to let us know. The management team worked with us to get reimbursed for the damage and make it right. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to move!

Even though we had to cancel our scheduled move due to financial constraints, Elite Affordable was very understanding and offered us many discounts. In a better circumstance I would pick Elite over any other movers in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for your service and patience. ?

I used Elite Affordable Movers in May for my 1-bedroom apartment move. The movers arrived on time but brought the smallest U-Haul truck (10-foot). My move was only 7 miles away and I was charged for 3.3 hours. The moving team consisted of a man and a woman. While both were pleasant and friendly, the woman struggled with heavier items, such as my TV stand, I ended up assisting the man with the heavier items up the stairs to prevent any potential injury to the woman or damage to my furniture. While I didn’t mind helping, other customers might expect the movers to handle all the lifting themselves.
After the move, I received a call from Elite Affordable Movers while driving back to check if I had left anything at my old place. They asked if I was satisfied with the move, and I confirmed. They informed me I would be charged $627, which seemed fine at the time. However, upon returning to my previous address, I found a cabinet furniture left on the driveway, presumably due to a lack of space in the U-Haul.
I was ultimately charged $727 instead of $627 because my $100 deposit was not included in the total price. I tried to address these issues by calling Elite Affordable Movers the next day and following weeks and was told that Josh would return my call, but I never heard back from him.
In hindsight, although Elite Affordable Movers seemed cheaper than their competitors initially, the experience and final cost was more expensive. If I had to do it over again, I would consider other moving companies.
Edit: I have moved a lot throughout this country and rented plenty of Uhaul trucks in the past. I assure you that it was a 10 foot Uhaul truck. I am not sure if this third party that you used told you they got a 15ft Uhaul truck but it was definitely a 10ft Uhaul truck. I was there that day helping the movers.
I did try to contact you that day of the move, and a few times throughout the following weeks. This is the first time I am actually getting a response about my move from you guys. Many times when I call Elite Affordable Movers I get the operator telling me that Josh will give me a call back but he never does call me.
I think potential customers should be aware of my experience. I hope you guys learn from these mistakes and improve. I wish you guys the best.

Elite movers did a terrific job moving our office. They were prompt, polite and very careful.They gave us the most competitive price and there were no surprises. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Tried calling 5 times and each time it showed them answering and then immediately hanging up. Still haven’t spoke to a single person and plan on using a different company

How can I start, my 75 year old mom called to have 4 beds, 12 boxes two dressers, 3 night stands and 3 mattress moved. I broke down all the beds, and all the boxes was sealed and at the front door. So we had a split load.. Some storage some to the new home she was quoted $575.00 at two hours. We had three movers. I am not blaming them. The movers wrap all the furniture even the stuff going to storage, which made no sense. The movers advised me that we should have been giving the option to wrap it ourself or not have it wrap. So with that being said my mom was taken advantage of. Out of concern. I spoke to Josh he was rude stated they are the cheapest. Josh also stated this is different I usually have people call becauae things are not wrapped. Being very condescending. Buyer beware once the service is rendered customer service is out the door. At the end of the day the time was stretched to 6.5 hours with a $1200 bill. So wrap your own items with plastic and drop cloths. Eliminate their time. This was our first experience using movers. I got it now....I love reviews!!! I will test this company again being 100% prepared with everything ready. Just to test their honesty.

Amazing, this company is still not being honest. They told me they gave me $50 off not $100. And the never never never never estimated 7 hours. If you are reading this review don't use this company they are thief's and it seems habitual liars. Yes, I did give the guys a compliment. To bad their reflection is with a bad company.

Super easy to work with and the movers were extremely professional and careful with everything they did. We had some trouble getting the couch in our apartment and our movers would not leave until every single thing was in the apartment and in the rooms that they were suppose to be in. Highly recommend!

Elite Affordable Movers was a godsend. After a horrible experience with another moving company where the movers quit halfway through, Elite Affordable Movers was called to finish emptying our storage unit and finished the entire job in 45 minutes. The other company took 2 hours to empty only half of our storage unit and then quit. Thanks Elite Affordable Movers for a great and efficient moving experience! Would definitely call again!

Communication is key to any business to customer relationship. They get a grade of 100%. They arrived as planned, and kept us updated during the move as to they progressed. They provided great service and thoroughly executed the move in an efficient manner. We greatly appreciate them.

Josh, Melanie and their crew worked tirelessly on the day of our move.. This didn’t count the tireless hours spent helping us plan our move, giving us pointers on packing, pointing us to resources in the community for storage facilities, etc. They coordinated everything so smoothly for us that, truly, all in all, ours was an effortless move, even though it took 14 hours to complete our move and storage (and this was not a surprise to us). We were extremely pleased with them, and have even given their card out to many of our friends, and given several cards to our realtor, who, in turn, has given them to her other clients as well. We just can’t say enough about Josh, Melanie, and their company. Oh, and perhaps the most important part: their charges were affordable and fit our budget perfectly. Thank you, Elite!! Impressive!!

Our daughter was just a couple days from her due date and she had a chance to get into a nice house, everything had to happen fast because baby could of arrived at any moment, we were little stressed about how to get her moved in a couple days. I got in contact with Elite Movers on Friday and they moved her that Sunday.Amazing service, amazing guys that moved her. Handled everything with care as if the stuff was their own.We couldn't have done it without them.
