Patrick, this is Jan Mullins and you are not telling the truth. No one asked to see the Trust. I offered to bring in the past tax info because we have been customers there for years. You did not want them. The trust had been done the same way for years as per our elder law attorney. Then last year, it was done differently. We decided to switch back to what it had been for the previous years. I told you and your employee that I could bring those in. At no time did you ask to see the trust. I had to leave a voice mail and 3 messages to Mark to get the tax preparer to return my call. She had the secretary call and leave a vm on Thursday to tell me she couldn't complete the taxes. On Monday, she finally called me back. This is a reflection of terrible customer service. It is really sad to see that you must tell something that isn't true to defend yourself.

They refused to finish the taxes on a 99 year old ladies trust because they were upset that we wanted it done the same way it has been done for years except one. They apparently felt they knew more than the elder care attorney. They were rude and dropped it in the middle of everything because we were upset that they did not keep promises on time and did not return a phone call in a timely manner. We were giving them a second chance this year because they had messed up the year before. The owner promised it would be different this year. He was right. The difference is his rudeness and unprofessional actions. ADDED. The response below is simply not true. He is either ignorant of the conversation with my wife and his employee or he is simply not telling the truth. At no time did we refuse to bring in documentation. In fact my wife offered to show past returns that showed how it was do e in the past and your employee did not want to see them. You failed in your response to mention that you were not done at the time promised . You also failed to point out that you started out angry on the phone and were very rude. Difficulties can be resolved when you treat your customers with respect. You failed at that

After many years of having EDU do our taxes, they failed to file our taxes last year (2021) after telling us that they did. They explained that "it just happens some times", then they refiled with the IRS and the State, but, our refund was delayed. When I asked the manager for a percentage refund due to their incompetence, he told me NO and to just not come back to them next year.
