Edge is easily the best exercise program I’ve been apart of. It’s truly been an amazing experience. They were the most supportive group of trainers and members. Super knowledgeable. Not only are you working on making lifestyle changes and getting in shape, but you’re getting education on proper form, breathing, techniques etc and they meet you where you are so don’t I never felt intimidated. Starting w/the 30 day transformation class was really helpful and allowed me to be more confident when I transitioned to regular group classes the following month. I only stopped going because I moved out of state.

Great place to get fit! Awesome trainers that work with you every step of the way. Everyone is so kind and motivating! They really push you to do your best. Everyone compliments and encourages each other. They help you reach your goals. I love it!

Absolutely love this place! The coaching and programming is incredible! The coaches are always prepared to help with variations and the gym members are all very welcoming. 10 out 10 recommend!!

This place is awesome! I just started the 30 day transformation and everyone is so encouraging! The gym is fun and down to earth. I recommend giving it a try whether you haven't been in awhile like me or you're super fit, they have something for everyone!

Best gym ever and I have done a lot of gym battles. The people there are just out of this world incredible. One employee specifically Shelby is one of the best people you can be around and knows exactly what she is talking about. I highly recommend taking in any advice she has to give.

I discovered EDGE after having felt bored and unmotivated with my regular gym routine. I joined Coach Kenzie's small group, and I have been training with her and a fun group of women for the past few weeks. She has been so welcoming and encouraging ever since I joined. Her workouts are balanced, fun, creative, and different each time!

I started at Edge in October. I love the energetic atmosphere there! The workouts are amazing and everyone has been so helpful and friendly since day one! I have become stronger and have had a lot of gains already. I looked forward to going to workout every chance I get! Highly recommend if you're looking to lose weight.. to gain muscle or to get stronger this is the place for you!

Do yourself a favor and check out this gym on Indy’s west side! Chris is very personable and knowledgeable, and it shows when you meet the rest of the staff and try out some workouts. Great energy and programming as far as the workouts go. Really awesome guy running an awesome gym in the area!
