Scott was a GREAT salesman! He answered all my questions over the phone, so I went down the next day to look at the vehicle I'm now driving! Wasn't pushy, was just great with my husband and I.
I would definitely recommend Ed Martin Honda in a heartbeat to anyone!

We so enjoyed our time with the friendly and professional staff at Ed Martin Honda. I contacted Scott via their website with questions regarding the vehicle my husband and I wanted to test drive and he responded immediately, and this was on a Sunday before a holiday. We were thrilled with the quick response. Upon meeting Scott we were never disappointed with any aspect of our purchase, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything we needed or could anticipate. Scott miller was extremely knowledgeable and very patient when helping my 83 year old mother purchase a car. . Ultimately Scott found a red Honda cry hybrid for her. Price was extremely competitive ( a little disappointed to have to haggle over 499 mud flaps that the dealer wanted to install) . Ultimately my mom got her car and can’t say enough good things about Scott. Day of pick up, he sat with us and went over setting/buttons/new technology, again, extremely patient. Enjoyed working with Scott and the team. It wasn't high pressure and we quickly arrived at a mutually agreeable deal. First time buyer through Ed Martin Honda but was a good one. It took a couple of times through the car prep group but in the end came out nice and clean.

I recently purchased my first car ever from Ed Martin Honda with the assistance of my fabulous salesman, Meech. I am astounded with how much Meech and management at Ed Martin were willing to work with me to get me all the information I needed and set up the deal before I flew out from Chicago (including picking me up from the airport).
They answered every question I asked sincerely, and they worked with me to smooth out a few road bumps in the initial deal. I would highly recommend working with Ed Martin if you are in the market for a new car. Ask to work with salesman Meech, you won’t regret it.

Recently I purchased 2021 Honda Passport for our 18 year old who was going to college. Meech was assisting us throughout the entire process and was very helpful and professional. He even delivered my son car on Saturday personally after previously detailing exterior / interior . Great customer service!!!!

Meech was who I worked with, and made the purchase of my vehicle flawless. I was in and out in probably 35 minutes total. Super easy. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the process. I will definitely be returning to him for my next purchase

Went in to sell my car. Salesman (last name Bailey) wanted to know how much I owe on the car (he is not the one offering, the manager is) I just wanted to know what number they would give. I declined to discuss how much I owe and said to me "you understand we have to pay off the loan to the bank, right?" I think my six year old understands that concept. He also told me my car is "just a base model, it's nothing special" and as soon as another couple came in, made us get up from our seats to "go sit in the corner" so he could attend to them instead.
I reported this to the manager and he said he apologized for the salesman's behavior but it was not sincere.
All I wanted was to know what number they would offer for my vehicle. Because I did not want to discuss details prior to hearing their number I was demeaned and disrespected. It is just matching their energy of trying to come out ahead in the numbers game. I have bought several cars there but never again. Beware especially if you are a woman! I did not hear them speaking to any men that way while I was there!

Scott Miller is a good guy and he knows his stuff. I didn’t believe him at first about all the data in trading and selling cars. I did a little research my self with comparison. He was totally right . He is a honest salesman. He didn’t push me. I would recommend working with Scott Miller again who he is straight up about everything. I’m so happy and proud of my brand new 2025 CRV . Thankyou Scott, you the man!
And Ed Martin team did a fantastic job on my transaction. It went smooth and fast.
