Had been a loyal customer to indy honda till they screwed me over BIG TIME. My civic a/c went out again (after indy honda "repaired" it) and even though it took awhile to get it in, it was fixed by same day and the air had never been so cold. They've got my business for life.

I originally made an appointment with a salesman and he stood me up. I reluctantly gave a different salesman a chance and he was fantastic. Very honest, professional and didn't attempt to take advantage of me in any way. Pricing was competitive and had no market adjustments. The second salesman (Rob) made it an easy and stress free experience and I would definitely recommend friend and family to him specifically. The original salesman showed up later during my buying process with some ridiculous excuse for why he stood me up. Luckily, it ended in a positive experience.

For all those who tread on for weeks or even months after their service light goes on...I'm one of you. This apprehension has roots in the fear of being swindled by malfeasant shops. I finally decided to pick up the phone and face my demons...the appointment was setup and off I went. Apparently I messed up somewhere along the way because on Thursday morning I was told I didn't have an appointment for that day, I guess I missed the day. Herschel was generous and let me know that as long as I was patient, I would be able to get my car serviced regardless. He explained each estimated cost after I gave him the rundown of what I needed. He walked me over to the lounge area, what great white glove service.Lounge is decent in roominess and refreshments provided. I was able to get some work done while I waited. Different service reps came in at different times to provide updates to the customers they were working with but they also constantly checked up on everyone else in the lounge too. The energy was great and my wait was not long at all. No surprises, no scams. I received great service and will be back whenever my light comes on again.

I recently moved to Indy and needed to get my Honda fixed. Ed Martin has been a great place to go and my technician Herschel was great! The process was quick and easy and much more affordable than anticipated! I would highly recommend going there for service!

I have been taking my car to Hare Honda in Avon for the past few years, but after the quality of their customer service declined I had decided it was time for me to find a new dealer to go to. Ed Martin was very easy to work with, quick response and their service was fast and efficient. In the waiting area there was keurig machine and they had many different types of coffee pods which was nice :)

I purchased two new Honda CRVS from them over the years and I like doing business with them. My last purchase was great--I had it for two years (had not driven it too much because of the Coronavirus) and took it in for a first oil change and check-up. They did the oil change, rotated the tires and did a check-up with a free car wash for FREE. It was a great experience.

Ed Martin Honda is a great car dealership. My husband and I have bought four different cars from Ed Martin over the years. Dan C. is great, we never felt pressured to buy and he did not call and harass us while we were making our decision. I have referred multiple other people to him to purchase vehicles and they all say the same thing, he's great! The shop is always great. They always look for coupons for me even when I don't have them myself. They are always up front and honest about the cost and how long it's going to take to fix whatever it is I'm having done.

We needed to buy a car for the wife. Did a little research online and found one that she liked. Went to the dealership, did a test drive and made the purchase. The process was pretty painless and their staff was friendly and very efficient. No hard sell and we pick it up this Saturday.

Purchased my new Civic Sport 2022 here as a 1st time car buyer and couldn't be happier! Sheldon & Ron were excellent. Ron Hammer was my salesmen who gave us direct pricing MSRP with no haggling, he also worked with me on the add ons to ensure I got only what I wanted without forcing any expensive addition items. Sheldon Gottlieb assisted with all my financing and closing processes, he answered all my questions in detail and never patronized me for asking a question. Even if the question may have seemed silly, Sheldon still took his time to explain and ensured I was comfortable from start to finish. Upon final sign off Ron Hammer took me through all the interior features of my new civic including AC, lighting, apple car play, how to switch between eco, normal and sport modes and what each of those meant. I can say without hesitation that this dealership offers the best value, pricing and customer service nation wide. I say this because I personally live in Delray Beach Florida and dealt with over 15 dealerships across the country before finally deciding on Ed martin honda of indianapolis. With the car shortage in 2022 nearly every dealership in he country is charging some type of premium above MSRP or BS required add ons. Ed Martin is one of the only dealers left still selling at TRUE MRSP without any hidden fees or bait and switch's. Their pricing got me in the door, their customer service sealed the deal. I travel over 1,000 miles from Florida just to purchase my car here and it was the best decision I made all year. If you live near this dealer then count yourself blessed. If you live out of state, its still well worth the trip!
