Eagle Highland was the only pharmacy able to compound our cat's medicine to the flavors he prefers, and they showed infinite patience with us in the beginning while we navigated options to get our boy to take his meds.I've transferred all my personal meds to Eagle Highland since and it was a great choice. They are always willing to help and quick to answer any questions within their app.Personalized customer service is getting harder and harder to find nowadays, but it is readily available and always in stock at Eagle Highland Pharmacy. Bonus, Cooper is the best boy in days you catch him in the shop.

The staff of Eagle Highland Pharmacy is always helpful, and even though I usually roll in about 5 minutes til closing time, they never try to rush me!

Very helpful pharmacy! Came into Indianapolis for a sled hockey tournament, forgot a piece of medical equipment at home, and called here and the guy in charge said that he'd wait for us a bit past closing with the equipment we needed. Super friendly and helpful!

I just made an online order from the Woundcareshop. They rushed my order right out. There was a problem with a slow shipper, but Woundcareshop provided excellent customer service and I am very happy with this order. I would highly recommend this business for their excellent products and outstanding employees.

I just transferred from a big chain pharmacy because I could never get them to answer the phone, even in an emergency. Not being able to get a simple question answered about a prescription I was getting filled was the final straw. I had my provider call in my next prescription to Eagle Highland and within 10 minutes of receiving the order they called me! I’ve never had a pharmacy call me. This immediately made me realize that I made the right choice. I’m so glad I decided to try them and I look forward to working with them to improve my health and well-being for years to come.

My mother is disabled so I am a frequent customer here. Eagle Highland Pharmacy has just about anything you need in home health care equipment. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They take time to answer questions and help you select what you need.

Been getting supplies from there for several years. Customer service always outstanding, but what they did for me last night blew me away. I was in emergent need of ostomy supplies after they had closed. I messaged the pharmacy on Facebook Messenger, and got a response immediately. Lindsey met me at the pharmacy at 8:15 pm (well after they had closed), already had my preferred supplies out after looking me up in their system, and I was able to get what I needed. I can't thank Ryan and Lindsey enough. I offered to pay her extra for her trouble and she declined. I am so grateful for their help and will be a lifelong customer!

By far this is the best Pharmacy in the Indianapolis area! By far the most personable staff in the Indianapolis area! By far the best Pharmacist in the Indianapolis area! My only criticism is the hours of operations (9am-5:30pm) could be longer to accommodate work schedules, but the pro's far outweigh the one cons. Keep up the great work!
