My girlfriend brought in our kitty, who we found abandoned at a very young age. She couldn't have been more than a few weeks old. We had noticed the kitty became extremely lethargic out of the blue, and we knew something wasn't right. They got her in right away with no questions asked. They tried everything they could, but unfortunately, our kitty didn't make it through. My girlfriend was heartbroken, sobbing. The girls helped to console her, and the Dr's told her not to worry about payment. (Which made her start sobbing even more). This was just a reminder that there really are still amazing people out there with big hearts.
To add to it, they sent a card in the mail expressing their condolences, and a few of the ladies even hand wrote their messages on the card.
This is an example of exemplary customer service and a situation where they did what was right and not just collected payment for their services. Thank you all so much!

Dr Wright and team have always been compassionate, professional, and timely when I needed them for my dog and for routine care for my cat. I have a high maintenance dog between his shenanigans plus having seizures and this vet has always been a partner in helping my fur baby have the best life. Thank you to this wonderful clinic! My two fur babies and I would be at a loss without you. ❤️

Our experiences at Eagle Creek Animal Clinic has been amazing. Our Lucy has several medical issues and they take the time to explain things in detail to us and have given us options to make things easier on her. We are so happy to have Dr Wright and entire staff taking care of our furbabies.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet girl this week, and we're so grateful to everyone at ECAC for their compassion and kindness. They truly understand that pets are family; in this case, Roxy had been with my husband for almost 18 years. Our cat received the kind of gentle care only another animal lover can give, and she went peacefully with a belly full of treats and her people by her side. This one visit, sad as it was for us, was enough to make us clients for life.

My pit mix has high anxiety and has been known to dread vet visits. The staff here are all great with her, and she’s much better at office visits now. So thankful I found them!

After making an appointment more than a month in advance and talking to Jennifer, the assigned veterinarian and explaining the situation that we had to fly to Spain and all the documentation we needed, on the day of the appointment she did not show up.
After that, the nurse and veterinarian that attended us had no idea of the situation.
We sent the vaccine record earlier and they told us it was missing, when they had it in their email.
We had to arrange everything ourselves, and with the cost of $450 for a medical certificate for our dog, we think they should have taken care of it.
They had no empathy for the situation, they did not give us a solution, they just wanted our money and ridicule.
It is amazing how they can look down on people and not feel anything about the situation of missing flights, ending the rent on the house, ending your work life and having nothing to be in the USA.
Instead of solutions, they only presented us with problems and, moreover, they wanted to charge us in advance.
I recommend not to go and if you go, do not ask for Jennifer, because she left us stranded and with no room for maneuver when they know that a certificate educated must be 10 days old maximum to fly to other countries.
She was nice at first, but her lack of professionalism and empathy was desperate and embarrassing.

Love, love, love Eagle Creek Animal
Clinic. From the moment we walk in the door, the staff treats us with kindness, respect, and makes everyone feel like their pet is their favorite. The care they provide is superb. They always provide detailed explanations of recommended treatments and there is never a surprise regarding cost. Special shout out to Dr. Allen who is nothing short of amazing.
