People be advised this place only will sell to service techs, I called to try and get a capacitor, the guy says what’s your account, I said I don’t have one, he said I can’t sell it too you, like I’m and underage kid trying to buy alcohol.

I was trying to get an ignitor for my furnace. They said they only sell their parts to only professionals. I don’t get their intentions. This is the era of internet or online business. I could buy most of their products from any online business or any Grainger. If this is how they doing business, they must be doing wrong. They should open retail section right next the wholesale part just like car dealerships. Otherwise they will die down sooner or later. This is just my suggestion.

If your in HVACR they have the right tools and almost infinite amount of parts for the job. More important reps are experienced and can find the answers to most questions.
