I’ve never felt more uncomfortable picking up a prescription. The pharmacy technician was impersonal, rude, and clearly impatient. She made the entire experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. There was no basic courtesy or willingness to help — just attitude. I will not be returning and will be transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.

I was asking a question and it was answered but when attempting to ask follow up questions, they cut me off and then hung up. Prompt answers but docking a few stars for the abrupt hang up, pretty rude.

This place always runs out of the meds I've been gettin from here monthly. Well guess what just happened once again. I drive 40 mins to get my meds cause this place seemed to be on point. Like the saying goes all good things come to an end and wont be returning

Horrible customer service! Not willing to work with their customers when the doctor made a mistake on the script. Now we are out money and can't even use the medicine. What a waste. They could at least issue a credit to their store or something. Will not be recommending this pharmacy.

They make good products, but their turnaround time is getting longer and longer. It used to be 1-2 days, but is now over a week. This timeframe does not include shipping!

Dr. Aziz Pharmacy is a compound pharmacy that services your needs. I get my prescription delivered to me overnight by FedEx and arrive when stated by the pharmacy. Their prices are moderate and I have only had one issue regarding the delivery of my prescription and at this moment a claim is in process regarding it as when they were informed of the matter Kurt immediately filed a claim on my behalf. I definitely would recommend them.

I am overwhelmed with the delight I experienced with the Aziz Organization...especially due to the effort of Kat Schwedler, the Pedorthist.I came to her after undergoing knee replacement surgery. She was instrumental in advising me to reduce my swelling and other associated issues.She developed my trust in her to the point where I became dependent on her input.I believe she is an invaluable asset to this company. There are 2 ladies there Julie Anne and Kathryn whom I adore. These ladies stayed after hours for me to get there after I droveand hour and a half to get there just to be kind. Other pharmacies gave me the run around that day and they got me my prescription and a $0 co-pay. Also they are just amazing at customer service and are just the absolute sweetest. Just a joy to meet. My business will continue there and so will a few friends! Thanks ladies for a great experience after a bad day! You both deserve a raise!!
