Phenomenal Service! Not only did he keep good communication about the wait time due too how late it was and I had my son with me, also he fixed my car rather towing it saving me some money, and ensured I made it to my destination safe without any other car issues. Definitely highly recommend, very professional and compassionate care! Very reliable 24hr towing! Much Gratitude Again!

I needed my jeep towed out and stored for a week until towed to Michigan. So, Doug had made a deal and picked my jeep up super fast and got it to his lot. There, it sat for a week... Within a week. ONE WEEK. My jeep had been demolished. When going to pick it up, the whole side of my jeep had been damaged and my whole body of the jeep was bent. So, I tried making a police report but he had promised to be a man and fix his mistake. Taking him for his word, I called his insurance the next day to find out he doesn't have insurance on any cars he tows, because from my understanding he has had a wreck with a previous employee... which caused him to lose his business prior. Well, my jeep was totaled out by my insurance which did not get paid off completely and Doug had told me to stop by to pick up a check to write off my jeep and the day he told me to stop by he stopped answering the phone... Following, he told me the next day to come again another day.... Then ignored me again... Very pathetic and not somebody I would want towing my car especially since he has NOOOO insurance on things he tows.

I've used Doug's Custom Towing a couple of times through the years with different cars. Doug is very genuine and blunt. He will tell you how it is and is upfront. I had a hooptie that I sold to him for a good price considering that Avalon was basic scrap metal. He took it off my hands for good. He towed my mashed up caviller with no problems and my current Honda CRV he had me referred to his partner that had a flat bed and still I experienced great service. He's reliable and still came for me one time in the middle of winter when everybody was crashing and the streets were plain nasty.
