Just witnessed the rudest driver. She was dropping off a dialysis patient, and instead of using the drop-off lane, she parked across 2+ handicapped parking spots, blocking access for others attempting to park. When i pointed out her behavior, she told me to mind my own f###ing business, then told me to tell it to someone who cares. Obviously this is not a caring service.

The driver was rude and so was the supervisor. Do not trust your family member with these people. They were late picking my dad up and they missed their appointment. To top it off, it took them 3 hours to bring them back!!!!!!!!! Never use these people!

I didn't like anything about the transportation when I called the lady to schedule my transportation for my daughter after she had surgery she was rude and disrespectful to me and then she had the nerve to cuss me out and everything and tell me not to ride with them no more I have never been more disrespected in my life then with a person like that and she was an African American and I am NOT being racist because I am a Caucasian woman she was just being very disrespectful towards me I called back up there to get the number to corporate or to speak to the manager and she got upset and told me not to ride with them no more
